1. I went to bed last night at about 0130 and was woken numerous times at 0236, 0331, 0504, 0642, 0700, 0717, 0733, 0756 and finally got up at 0808. This reflects roughly six hours sleep in eight segments with abuse from those using the surveillance technology and from the flat below which is especially noted in the frequent wakeups commencing at 0642 waking me at about 15 minute intervals. These are times noted as the recording date/time entries on the digital PR for notes. These notes reflect these times entered verbally from a radio controlled clocked and are verified by continuous video recording throughout the night and a separate continuous digital audio recording. The side effects from the use of the surveillance technology against me all night include very loud tinnitus, cranial fluid seepage from a blood brain barrier breach with the downside nasal passage blocked and a diuretic impact. A side effect that was absent last night was muscle soreness especially the muscles on top of my upper leg above my knees which have been sore daily for a considerable period. This is quite conspicuous when I first stand up but disappears after awhile in the morning.
Chronic sleep deprivation like this each and every night destroys human functioning and is intended to do so. It eventually destroys life itself. This has been going on for eight years and five months 24/7 since mid-August 1998 with the abuse of surveillance technology for this purpose. The same people who were leading this activity in August 1998 are the ones who are leading it today, i.e., the mother [BS] of the abused children whom I reported for child abuse in early May 1998. On top of this they blame me for what they are doing which necessitates my documentation and evidence collection of all that I do in order to defend myself against these false allegations. Further, those using the surveillance technology carrying out the surreptitious medication to incapacitate and debilitate use this chronic sleep deprivation which they create as a basis of the false allegations to support and justify the administration of the surreptitious medication. The fact that they continue to get away with this massive hoax after all these years despite being recognised and witnessed as faking it represents a serious indictment of those in authority who allow this to continue when nothing has ever been observed to support this extreme abuse against me.
Starting about 0745 there were sounds of a child screaming that sounded like they were coming from the Walkway. These were recorded on the video's sound while the camcorder filmed me sound asleep laying on my back. As is detailed below from separate audio and video with sound recordings, these people exploit children to carry out their unlawful and criminal harassment against me. The following events then occurred:
07:53:38 Video and its sound: very hard, loud door slam from below followed by a lesser bar grate type sound after a pause. I was sound asleep and remained so flat on my back. This extraordinary noise which can only be deliberate did not wake me at this moment. A slight sound of my breathing can be heard on the video's sound recording.
07:56:35 Video and its sound: began snoring while laying on my back with three breathing/snoring noises. These woke me, and I made an audio note as follows:
07:56:52 Audio PR: note about this wake up describing breathing through my throat while on my back waking me. Also, noted a comment by BS. The above video clip revealed that this was exactly what happened. Evidently, I was disturbed by that very hard loud door slam from below which caused me to wake three minutes later. I believe that the congestion which results in this snoring and throat sounds comes from the cranial fluid seepage side effect from the surveillance technology usage described above.

2. After yesterday's much discussed casino licence allocation, a massive terrorist raid occurred today but with the possibility of a kidnapping plot to parade the alleged Muslim military targeted victim who had fought in Afghanistan on video before an filmed execution. This is similar to Stella Rimington's first novel At Risk, but in that imaginative creation a military officer who had served overseas is targeted for assassination.
If anything, I would have thought that this would have a reverse impact on the Muslim community by making it clear that no one is safe from terrorism in the UK which would bring the Muslim community closer to addressing the source of the terror. Since bombing innocent people in public is indiscriminate, this is exactly the opposite by targeting a Muslim in the British Army. I do not think that this would have the intimidating impact on Muslims causing them to cower in fear from doing anything while avoiding the rest of society out of fear. It's telling Muslims that the country in which they live marks them as targets. That tactic will backfire. All soldiers feel that they could be a target of terrorism as occurred in the imagination of the former Director General of MI5 and was very much a reality with the IRA with which Stella Rimington dealt.

Ninth arrest over 'terror plot'

A ninth person has been arrested in Birmingham over what senior security sources say was an alleged plot to kidnap a member of the armed forces.
Police made the arrest this afternoon on a motorway in the city area. Eight men were arrested earlier following a series of morning raids.
Police said their investigation may take "days, if not weeks".
Security sources said a terror plot not aimed at mass casualties would mark "a different approach" to UK terrorism.
A total of 12 addresses in the Sparkhill, Washwood Heath, Kingstanding and Edgbaston areas have been sealed off and are being searched following raids at about 0400 GMT, say police.
Eight men were arrested at separate addresses and are being held at a West Midlands police station.

Counter-terrorism police in the West Midlands today foiled a suspected plot to kidnap and torture a British Muslim soldier before beheading him live on the internet, Iraqi-style.
Police arrested eight men in a series of pre-dawn raids at 12 addresses in Birmingham, including four commerical premises. A ninth suspect was arrested this afternoon on a motorway in the Birmingham area in connection with the alleged plot.
No details have officially confirmed about the plot, but security sources said that it appeared to have been in its late stages. If confirmed, it will mark a chilling new tack for Islamic terrorism in Britain.
