Kensington & Chelsea pretends it doesn't have an antisocial problem and attacks those who report the problem to silence them.

1. US charges six suspects over 9/11. They water boarded their way to confessions from those who were willing to say anything to stop the torture. Sounds like Saudi Arabia doesn't it? Now, it's time to ratchet up Guantanamo in this election year to show just how effective it's all been for six years.

US charges six suspects over 9/11

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed

The Pentagon has announced charges against six Guantanamo Bay prisoners over their alleged involvement in the 11 September 2001 attacks in the US.

Prosecutors will seek the death penalty for the six, who include alleged plot mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.

The charges, the first for Guantanamo inmates directly related to 9/11, are expected to be heard by a controversial military tribunal system.

About 3,000 people died in the hijacked plane attacks.

The Guantanamo Bay detention centre, in south-east Cuba, began to receive US military prisoners in January 2002. Hundreds have been released without charge but about 275 remain and the US hopes to try about 80.

2. Guantanamo serves a political purpose. Remember JFK withheld the real reason for the settlement of the Cuban Missile Crisis from the American public just a week before the mid-term elections of 1962. He made certain no one would learn about his agreeing to swap the US missiles in Turkey for the withdrawal of missiles from Cuba. Everything has a political gimmick attached to it. "Gitmo it" now becomes part of the language.

Saddam Hussein was executed two years ago at the start of a year when there were mid-term elections in the US. You will remember how important these elections were because they did not go well for the Republicans in Congress.

This is, as everyone knows, a presidential election year along with 1/3 of the Senate and the entire House up for election.

The Republican administration wants to be able to show that some headway is being made to try and possibly execute those who are deemed responsible for 9/11 which hit Bush at the start of his time in office.

It would be useful to have Guantanamo continuously in the news in this way proving its worth as Bush sees it in the runup to the November election. It could backfire of course.

Why do you think Bush has reached into the economic stimulus barrel to such an extent as to be unimaginable to make certain the economy does not fall apart before the election in November for which the Republicans will be blamed?

Afterwards, who cares as long as the Republicans get elected. They will have four years to take care of the ensuing economic problems.

3. US arrests four 'Chinese spies'. The worst betrayal is faking it.

Details about the space shuttle may have been passed on to China

Four people have been arrested in the United States for allegedly passing secret defence information to China.

A 72-year-old former Boeing engineer is accused of giving China details about the space shuttle and other aerospace programmes.

In a separate case, two men and a woman are accused of handing over US defence department documents about Taiwan.

A US justice department spokesman said the cases represented serious breaches of national security.

In an election year the Republicans will pull out all stops to make all political points possible.

Look for the triumph of the past seven years of US Marine surveillance carried out in North Kensington 24/7 by Colonel Vine, Lt Harry Bird and others based upon extreme torture to try to get a confession for trumped up allegations.

This is no different from Guantanamo methods. Only the means are different, and it started seven months before 9/11.

This will reveal the political motivation for doing this surveillance in the manner it has been carried out by these US Marines for the past seven years since February 2001 by making up every allegation they could possible think of: spy, terrorist and every conceivable horrible crime imaginable along with false mental health characterisations.

Everything has been done to keep this out of proper law enforcement and the legal justice systems for an indefinite period of time until the target has been deemed to be sufficiently destroyed.

With this kind of foundation for government, law enforcement and the judiciary expect a most dramatic collapse.

5. Newlove killers jailed for life. It only took three to kill. The formation of groups which carry out antisocial behaviour do not have to be large>

Newlove killers jailed for life

Adam Swellings (left), Stephen Sorton and Jordan Cunliffe
The three were convicted of murder last month

Three teenagers have been jailed for life for murdering father-of-three Garry Newlove, who was kicked to death outside his Warrington home.

Mr Newlove, 47, was attacked when he confronted a gang of vandals in August 2007. He died two days later.

Adam Swellings, 19, Stephen Sorton, 17, and Jordan Cunliffe, 16, were convicted at Chester Crown Court last month.

Swellings, of Meredith Street, Crewe, was sentenced by the court to serve a minimum 17 years in jail.

Sorton, of Honister Street, Warrington, was ordered to serve a minimum 15 years and Cunliffe, formerly of Rowland Close, Warrington, must stay in jail for at least 12 years.

Mr Newlove was kicked "like a football" by the youths, the court heard during the trial.

. . .

[Det Insp Geoff Elvey of Cheshire Police] said he hoped other people would learn from this case, and realise the police and local communities would not tolerate such anti-social behaviour.

"I would like to reiterate that it is the responsibility of all of us within the community to work together to reduce this type of behaviour by reporting incidents to the police and by exercising parental control over our children," Det Insp Elvey said.

6. Police advice non existent in Kensington & Chelsea. What's the point of the 24/7 surveillance technology abuse carried out against me for nine and one-half years which not just ignores antisocial behavour but supports it? This reflects an obvious double standard at work with extremely grave implications.

What is most interesting is that the mother of the abused children I reported for child abuse in May 1998 has been the totally obsessive driving force behind the surveillance technology abuse against me 24/7. She also incites and tries to protect those carrying out antisocial and criminal behaviour by this abuse of the surveillance technology. Thus, these youths are abused with a further dimension by being misled. So much for the community being working together to stop antisocial behaviour. This is a society turned upside down as a result.

See my YouTube account antisocial behaviour channel and then read this Email below. The abusive comments posted on my YouTube site prove my point about this antisocial behaviour. I leave them there for that reason.

Here are a few problems with that.

1. The Kensington & Chelsea police will not respond to such a call.

The advice given was to call the police immediately.

2. Filming them has been called "illegal" by those being filmed and by those carrying out the surveillance technology abuse against me.

The advice given was to film them if you have a camera phone or whatever.

3. Those carrying out the gang formation and antisocial behaviour have told me to turn off the camera and threatened to call the police against me for filming them.

The advice given was to approach them with caution if at all and advise them that the police have been called so that they will disperse.

This is all well and good, but suppose you live in Kensington & Chelsea like David Frost, Andrew Neil or a host of other well known people?

I wonder what the London's Metropolitan Police Commissioner or "Red" Ken would say when asked to give such advice.

Why don't you ask them? Explain that the YOBs think they are right and surveillance technology abuse supports them.

As a general rule, I am attacked viciously and continuously by those carrying out antisocial behaviour for my documenting their behaviour with hard evidence which seems to be generally supported.
