These are just some of the points mentioned in your interview just now except the one about the BBC. While the problems might be difficult, there is one that can be solved easily and avoided completely:
The government in its complexity of numerous departments, agencies, elected officials, civil servants, etc has carried out psychopathic activity supporting the criminal and antisocial type. This can be stopped and most definitely avoided.
This feeds the problem of psychopathic and sociopathic behaviour. Think about it for a moment:
What happens when surveillance technology is put at the disposal of a dysfunctional family with a history of domestic violence and child abuse?
What happens when these people are allowed to continue indefinitely with the abuse of surveillance technology 24/7 for eight and one-half years so far against the person who reported the problem?
What happens to the children who were originally abused and grow up with the parents and relatives obsessively dedicated to the surveillance technology 24/7 for all these years using it as a weapon of torture to destroy human life?
The government has done all of this. It is a problem which can be addressed. Surveillance technology is being used as a weapon to fabricate not investigate. The police are totally involved as are several other government departments and agencies as well as elected officials from the ground level to the top.
Tenant management has made all of this possible and deliberately disregarded the overall management of the Lancaster West Estate in the interest of all residents and tenants with respect to essential safety and health matters. Instead, the few have managed for their own corrupt self interest.
Domestic violence persists. Antisocial behaviour is prevalent. A police officer was stabbed nearby while on day time bicycle patrol in October 2005.
The problem is that the government itself and all the people in it in my direct experience carry out this activity thus setting an example that the destruction of human life is justified and acceptable. Anyone who objects is driven away by these scoundrels who hold key positions of authority in the community.
If you had started reporting this years ago, you might have made a significant contribution to changing the fundamental course of violence in this society to reduce it.
You might have helped focus attention on the real source of the violence problem and helped bring the available resources to address those who are the real problem rather than allow them to fake it against a scapegoat to hide their crimes and antisocial behaviour while the children grow up to become psychopathic and sociopathic people learning from the example set by those in positions of authority.
How can any appropriate policy work at all when these children see that their violently abusive parents are supported by those in authority to carry out continuous 24/7 brutality against the adult who reported the child abuse to protect the children in the first place?
How can these parents be changed to adopt a standard of respect and nonviolence which is then transmitted to the children when they are supported in carrying out the opposite by those in significant government positions?
These actions by these people in authority completely destroy any effort to maintain standards and implement proper policy. There is no point in discussing family structure and problems when the worst family behaviour is supported, sustained indefinitely and maintained by those who are supposed to be addressing it in order to change it for the better.
In the 2000 Notting Hill Carnival two men were shot and killed. There was a witness sign at the corner of Cornwall Crescent and Hyde Park Road about this very well publicised murder of one of them. A couple months later there was another witness sign about the shooting of a woman apparently not killed at the other end of Cornwall Crescent at Clarendon Road on the other side of this Lancaster West Estate from where I live.
About this same time there was a witness sign on the corner of St Mary's Road and Queensdale Road about a woman who had her car stolen from her apparently in a violent assault in a very nice neighbourhood where well known and wealthy people live. This is not far from here.
At that time I recognised that this problem I had been experiencing for two years by then since August 1998 was creating more violence in the area. I began sending out correspondence about it to the media. Over six years later it still goes on and has gotten worse.
Don't look anywhere past the end of your own noses. The problem begins with you, BBC, for not addressing the source of the problem by shedding the media light on it in order for proper standards to be maintained. Why aren't you dong this?
Stop asking questions of other people and start asking yourselves questions about why you cannot report these very serious problems occurring in your own backyard which are part of a national problem.
Ask yourselves why it has had to come to this six years later when you might have done something constructive after you were notified extensively commencing at the end of August 2000 at the time the Notting Hill Carnival murders occurred?
Because of you the violent child abusing bullies in this dysfunctional family which is split and fragmented in many ways have dominated and controlled this environment and therefore the community.
You have to ask yourselves why you cannot report problems like this to shine the media spotlight on them to show government failures and deliberate abuse in the community so that these problems do not continue to grow and spill over into the larger community which in this case happens to include the BBC.

Man dies after new gun killing

A man has been shot dead in east London, days after a spate of gun killings in the city.
The man, in his 20s, was found by police with fatal gun wounds early on Saturday as he sat in a car in Hackney.
His death comes days after three teenagers were killed in south London, including 15-year-old Billy Cox, the second youth to die in his own home.
Armed police were deployed on the streets near Billy's home overnight and were searching suspicious vehicles.
The latest incident in London comes as police in Manchester investigate a shooting of another teenager, who was injured in the back in the Moss Side area of the city.
Following the killing in Hackney, police are searching for two black men seen making off towards Digby Road.

Three men are recovering in hospital after being shot in two attacks, just hours apart, in Manchester.
Two men, aged 19 and 27, were wounded when gunmen shot at the car they were in at traffic lights on Stockport Road, Longsight, in the early hours.
On Friday night, an 18-year-old man was shot in the back in Raby Street, Moss Side, close to the spot where Jessie James was murdered.
Police said the shootings are not thought to be linked.
The latest incident took place at about 0215 GMT at the junction of Stockport Road and Dickenson Road.

2. Sat Feb 17 14:09:49 GMT 2007: the very loud thumping bass is coming in from the flat below. This has been going on for over twenty minutes. It's part of a pattern that started yesterday afternoon. These are the people who feel free to carry on with this extreme antisocial behaviour with the daughter of the flat's tenant using the surveillance 24/7 to make false allegations against me trying to discredit what I report. BS did this while I was making a sample recording of this thumping bass music in the bedroom a few minutes ago. "Take him out. He's come," she screamed. This verbal abuse and its incitement to violence continued afterward when I was back in the living room originating from both Lt Harry Bird and BS. Most likely the Son of BS is involved with playing this music at this excessively loud level from his grandmother's flat below. They all appear to feel that they are above normal standards and can get away with anything. Please note the content of the Email above once again.
There were three such incidents of the thumping bass music blasting away from below last night at just before 1700, shortly after 2115 and about 2250. All three were sampled with the DR. The first was recorded on the video sound track from beginning to end. This same thing happened one week ago on Friday 9th February 2007 at 1700 as was reported here in the web journal then. It was so loud again yesterday just before 1700 that I thought it was coming from a vehicle outside on the road under the kitchen window. This can be heard throughout the flat which is sampled on the DR. I was woken at 0610 this morning by very loud and long furniture scraping noises from below under my bedroom. Thus, these people are carrying out a deliberate effort to disturb continuously night and day to disrupt and disturb my quiet enjoyment of the premises and prevent me from sleeping. This is done in conjunction with the abuse from the surveillance technology which concentrates on chronic sleep deprivation during the night as part of an overall torture programme. The result is that I am denied rest at anytime should I seek to sleep for a short period. I never know when the thumping bass music will hit.
Last night during the two thumping bass music blast periods from below at 2115 and 2250, I was watching and listening to BBC Four's broadcast of Soul Britannia and Soul Britannia from the Barbican with headsets on. This very loud thumping music penetrated these headsets completely disturbing my enjoyment of these music programmes. Since I felt the need to sample this extraordinary disturbance throughout the flat by making a sample recording of it on the DR, I was also disrupted by this diversion. While I was being considerate of others listening to music without any noise in the flat and able to turn it up as loud as I wanted in my headsets, those in the flat below connected with the surveillance technology abuse provided no such consideration for others.
This is indicative of their fundamental character and why they are using the surveillance technology to try to hide this attitude and their antisocial behaviour by attacking me with false allegations. The bullies are thus rewarded by being able to see the impact of their antisocial behaviour and attack it. They are trying to pick a fight which they think they can win each time with the use of surveillance technology by faking it. This is why it is essential for me to collect objective evidence as I do despite its disruptive impact. The use of music like this in its short duration blasting impact supplements the torture campaign from the use of the surveillance technology as do the excessive noises from below and above which also keep me awake when I am trying to sleep.
On top of this they then try to blame me for what they are doing to me by making false allegations about my activity. It is in essence a set up. Who is responsible for putting surveillance technology at the disposal and operational control of these notoriously violent people for eight and one-half years 24/7? There has been no legitimate use of this surveillance technology at any time throughout all these years. This reflects a policy of violence in the community initiated, implemented and sustained by the government.
Lt Harry Bird said something about this being his anniversary as in referring to "on my anniversary" this morning. During the month of February at some point, Lt Harry Bird will have been here six years. Doesn't say much for his ability or effectiveness with the use of surveillance technology does it? He doesn't have an acceptable agenda for its use.
Here's the night's surveillance technology and other abuse which resulted in seven wake ups for seven segments of sleep totalling five and one quarter hours sleep while I was in bed for six and one-half hours:

02:39:19 All right, I just woke up. I was asleep for ten, fifteen minutes however long it was. Had a dream, Now I've just woken as I carry on on my left side. To sleep. Too bad I woke just then. As soon as I went to sleep, Lt Harry Bird and BS went to work on me immediately to disturb . . . what they did: dream and all.

04:35:02 That's just about what I thought it was when I woke up. I was having a dream a good one. Seems as though there was a double double cross in this dream. People pursuing the terrorists, and I was working with this group sort of independent. Well, it was an independent organisation, but it seemed to be affiliated with a church whatever that meant. But anyway the government framed this organisation. Yeah, they created a situation where it detonated a bomb which was sort of like controlled testing or a controlled blast for a bomb that was discovered and then tried to blame it all on this group I was associated with. Instead, what happened was that this group saved the Prime Minister by detecting a bomb and getting him out of there before it blew up killing a number of people. Then this organisation was all the more incensed about finding me because (this was a continuation of last night's dream) of that dream where I was on the trail, and it was part of this setup when this bomb went off that I was collecting evidence that would nail them all [as] the people who were actually doing the rendition, imprisonment and torture activity. That was the dream, and then I woke up at the end when the organisation that was working against everything appeared to be working properly once again. OK, sleep time left side.

I'd known her for a long time. We were together. She was doing something in this particular cafe, a particular kind of a restaurant/bar. I was helping out, and I was standing there with a tripod. I guess it had a light up on top of it, and she was doing12:19:30 some work with something. There's another guy there and a couple other people and the subject of the work or whatever. We were going on with activity, comments and so forth. There's a lot more to the dream than this, but this is the only little bit I remember. I woke up, and I just stayed on my left side for a bit just a moment or so. Let's see it was also a process. Maybe it'll come back to me. Something about a cinema, but that wasn't what I really wanted to dredge up. Something else in there. OK, well, here we are. Lots of disturbances six o'clock in the morning waking me up or keeping me awake continuously with noises below. OK. All recorded too. Starting in again.

The police must be more accountable to the public, Conservative leader David Cameron has said.
Mr Cameron also praised London Mayor Ken Livingstone's efforts to boost community policing in the capital.
He told BBC One's Politics Show there needed to be a "big cultural change" in the police and that he favoured elected police commissioners.
The Tory leader's comments follow the fatal shootings of three teenagers in south London in less than a fortnight.
Public accountability
In the interview to be broadcast on Sunday, he said he thought police felt put upon by Home Office regulations and targets, rather than focusing on the people they were meant to be serving.
"And that's the big cultural change that needs to take place in the police.
"The police are supposed to be accountable to police authorities, but I don't think anybody knows who sits on police authorities or what they do.
