Clarke tells of anger at sacking

Charles Clarke says he was "angry and frustrated" after being sacked as home secretary, adding that he felt Tony Blair had taken "a wrong decision".

He tells the BBC his successor, John Reid, is wrong to say the Home Office is "not fit for purpose" and warns him not to jump on media "bandwagons".

He says he will not take responsibility for all subsequent Home Office crises.

Interviewed by the Times, he says Mr Blair has "lost his sense of purpose" and needs to recover his leadership.

Police offer terror suspects help

Liaison officers already help relatives of serious crime victims

Police family liaison officers are to be assigned to help relatives of terrorist suspects deal with the aftermath of an arrest or raid.

The Association of Chief Police Officers (Acpo) said the move could help reduce community tensions after high-profile anti-terrorist operations.

A dedicated team may include Muslim officers and community volunteers.

Acpo said the plans had been discussed for some time but were given fresh impetus by the recent Forest Gate raid.

It is established practice for a specially trained officer to help families of murder victims and serious crimes.

The Home Office is unfit for purpose and has been for many years in my direct experience. Unfit for purpose is an understatement. The reality is much, much worse.

I've been the target of 24/7 surveillance for almost eight years. I sent an Email to Charles Clarke at the Home Office shortly after he became Home Secretary about this incredible abuse of power involving house arrest imprisonment, torture and medical experimentation.

I received a reply letter in early March 2005 from Simon Watkin in the Home Office who suggested that this was in my mind and that I should seek medical help.

The police are offering those victimised by police raids counselling help and also seek to smooth over the impact on the community from such actions.

The police have staged a month-long day and night series of mock raids against me from mid-December 1999 to mid-January 2000 at the behest of the medical profession and others who wanted to see what I would do. This was an effort to drive me into the care of the local St Charles Hospital Acute Psychiatric Clinic.

The reason for this massive abuse of the police and NHS was the fact that I had sent a 50-page comprehensive letter to the Prime Minister in late September 1999 concerning the failure to properly address the child abuse I had reported and the surveillance technology abuse being carried out against me.

I went to see a couple psychiatrists at the St Charles Hospital in late January 2000 to explain what was actually happening under advice of a solicitor and identify these medical professionals who were involved in this extensive abuse of power. I was asked to move from my flat, offered money and then subjected to further threatening abuse when I refused to do so. My letter to the Prime Minster was displayed for me as part of the hospital's file on me. No reason was ever given for my being subjected to this activity.

This was the same period of time when Victoria Climbie was subjected to extensive and intensive abuse which resulted in her death. She had seen over a dozen agencies of one kind or another all of whom did not detect the abuse to which she was subjected. I was bringing the same failures to the attention of the Prime Minister and was being subjected myself to intense, brutal abuse and repression as a result using the police, NHS and others for this purpose to discredit me and what I was reporting.

This was reinforced when Charles Clarke became Home Secretary some five years later. There has been a consistent effort to abuse power of the worst kind to destroy the truth from being reported. After the massive cover up was underway, the participants became so deeply involved in criminal abuse of power 24/7 against me that they just kept digging and digging ever deeper so that everyone had a vested interest in maintaining the mental health hoax and cover up against me despite knowing full well the extent and kind of surveillance technology abuse which was being carried out against me.

The police also continued with direct brutality faking raids, a sniper attack and generally sustaining by direct daily presence the torture carried out by the abuse of surveillance technology against me 24/7 despite a great deal of correspondence about this which Simon Watkin noted in his March 2005 letter to me.

There is no doubt that the Home Office is out of control and unfit for purpose in a most profound way. The reality of what is going on in this country will shake it to its very foundation. Charles Clarke is still trying to cover up this reality for his own political ambitions, and the police are posturing with an offer of personal and community help after their raids.

The question is how can any of this be taken with any confidence and trust when the truth is known?

1. The police participated in and carried out intense abuse for all these years and continue to do so at present as well on their own and by assisting the surveillance technology effort.

2. The NHS has been abused in the extreme in supporting this effort by participating in medical experimentation against a non-consenting human guinea pig including the surreptitious medication of me inside my home outside a hospital environment. This surreptitious medication can be carried out wherever I am located and has been carried out for all these years.

All of this and much, much more continues as of this writing indicating that the exact opposite is actually being carried out by these various departments of government which anyone would never consider as being their "purpose." This makes them at the very least unfit for purpose which is a gentle way of stating that they have been perverted to criminal means to achieve repressive objectives on behalf of those in positions of power to hide their misconduct and criminal activity.

The damage done to this environment and the community is irreparable for it has set a standard of violent antisocial and criminal behaviour for everyone to follow. No one in any position of authority will be able to change this now, and it will take years just to get back to any degree of a normal standard. Any such posturing is ludicrous given what has occurred here for the past eight years during which this government has been in power.

The real question is whether or not there is any intention to maintain any degree of a normal standard, or is this abuse I've experienced directly set to be the standard of the future?
