1. There have been a series of extraordinary events during the past ten day since Saturday, 17th March 2007, St Patrick's Day, and I've concentrated on getting some important bits and pieces done at the exclusion of making web journal entries. There have also been a series of problems which had to be addressed that kept me from accomplishing all that I wanted. I am going to start here with what has occurred today (again another voluminous day including yet another very late night last night) and fill in the past ten days with information accumulated as I proceed.

This is a record of information for myself which I share with the world for various reasons that I have noted along the way and is once again reiterated below in the enclosed Email copy. During this period, I was also reading Sue Russell's book about Aileen Wuornos entitled Damsel of Death. She infamously became the first woman serial killer as noted by the FBI meeting their criteria. I finished it early this morning and wrote an Email to Sue Russell since I was also copying some video information for my evidence documentation. The Email explains why I was fascinated with her excellent book.

Hi Sue

I just finished Damsel of Death and was thoroughly fascinated and duly impressed by your excellent research and writing. I am particularly intrigued by the psychological aspects which came out at the end but more on that in a moment.

I got your book along with a couple others about Aileen Wuornos a few years ago after seeing Nick Broomfield's two films. There were specific issues he noted in these films which caught my attention, but he did not explore them because he thought she was an extreme mental case calling her "psychotic" if my memory serves me correctly. I thought his assessment was superficial.

I'm glad I've read your book now because it fills in the great detail and analysis of her life, crimes and the trials which were omitted in his documentary films which seem now to be limited in scope. I will watch them again in the light from your book and see what I think now. I've also seen Overkill and Monster for what that was worth.

I also want to point out that I am sorry she was executed in Raiford's "Old Sparky." [She wasn't. By the time she was executed in October 2002, it was by lethal injection at Raiford State Prison. "Old Sparky" remains a symbolic term. An article in The Times, 26th March 1997, p 14 entitled "Convicted killer 'burnt alive' in bungled Florida execution" describes a macabre event which evidently led to "Old Sparky" being replaced with lethal injection.]

I went to the first two years of high school in Starke (1956-58.) where the sons and daughters of those from the state prison in Raiford were in school, and one of them went on to be in a significant position there. He was quoted in the The New York Times in the 1980s in reference to an execution being held there ["Slayer of Tampa Boy Electrocuted in Florida," The New York Times, Thursday, 7th March 1985, p A28: Richard Dugger was by then superintendent of the prison as noted in this article about an execution]. I also believe that her body was taken to a funeral home in Starke too. [Where she was cremated I seem to recall.]

[The New York Times also published an article about Starke, Florida and its proximity to four state prisons housing some 25% (7,216) of the states inmates: "A Town's Fact of Life: The Death Row Prison," The New York Times, 6th April 1984, p A14. At that time in 1984 there were 215 inmates on death row. In the 1997 article cited above there were 450 inmates on death row whose population had more than doubled over the 13-year period. Florida attracts itinerants from all over like Aileen Wuornos who can live in a cash economy staying in cheap motels and generally existing unseen and unknown which explains why Florida had the largest number of people on death row in the nation in 1984.]

[This article goes on to describe how the local residents can discriminate amongst the prison population by virtue of their close association with so many imprisoned criminals with many of the inmates in trustee positions with the county doing work ranging from "umpiring Little League baseball games to school board work and community service." One of my classmates for years accompanied his father, a Baptist minister and building contractor, to Raiford to visit the prisoners. I believe this went a long way toward rehabilitating those who were so inclined and have always admired him for doing this.]

The great tragedy in executing anyone especially those like her is the valuable information that is lost in exploring the reasons for such deviant behaviour. However, I believe that she was used as a human guinea pig during her incarceration leading up to the execution.

This is what attracted my interest to your book to see if you might also note something in relation to what Nick Broomfield "accidentally" documented in his second film The Selling of a Serial Killer. Lee Wuornos mentions some things which he dismisses as anyone might who is not familiar with the current state-of-the-art in surveillance technology: brain wave monitoring and feedback.

She described how they removed her medicine cabinet/mirror one day and placed what she described as a "computer" (circuit board) behind it. She said that she saw this. She said that either this or her sense of "sound pressure" coincided with the installation of a satellite dish on the roof of the jail. This might have been in Broward County. She went on to describe that the "sound pressure" kept her from writing since it increased when she started to write keeping her from doing so. [This could also be attributable to her emotional disturbance which is why this needs to be explored.]

I don't think that Lee Wuornos is by any means stupid. She may have cognitive difficulties which are related to emotional stimulus or converging difficulties creating emotional reactions. I fully appreciated your discussion of the psychiatric testimony involving borderline personality and the possibility of psychosis which seemed to be discounted.

I believe that she was on to something in her descriptions of this technology and her subjective reaction during times of activity. It's a shame that Nick Broomfield did not ask her to describe this more to get more of her experience and information about it, but he was dismissive of these and other reports from her which he attributed to mental illness. I do not think they were, but that is what everyone surrounding her wanted others to think.

I've been subjected to surveillance technology abuse for over eight years and seven months 24/7 starting in August 1998. The people involved have kept me fully informed about all that they have been doing. This technology has been used as a weapon in many ways to destroy human activity and try to create mental illness both to render me vegetative and to discredit what I document and report.

Six years ago just after George Bush was inaugurated, two ex-US Marines, Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird, showed up in February 2001 with their own special "experimental" surveillance technology. I was initiating legal proceedings in the High Court for protection under the Protection From Harassment Act of 1997 in March 2001 which they destroyed with use of this surveillance technology after a couple hearings.

I took me a full six months of its abuse against me to understand fully its capacities which, to use a bad pun, are truly "mind boggling." All of the human senses can be monitored (I have not verified smell yet). Thoughts and images can be monitored as well along with feelings such as pain and muscle movement. I have verified this beyond any doubt.

The neurological feedback consists of sound and thoughts (images and words) the latter of which are used for memory probing and dream inducement at night. The former is used 24/7 for direct verbal abuse. Pain can be induced as can muscle movement. Surreptitious medication can be administered to incapacitate and debilitate wherever I am located. In fact, all of this goes on no matter where I am.

This is carried out without the use of implants and keys on the brain's electromagnetic radiation [halo] surrounding the head which is unique to each person. Satellite communications facilitate this usage for tracking and monitoring interference with feedback including surreptitious medication wherever I go.

Thus, for Lee Wuornos to note the coincidence of the satellite dish installation along with the "computer" in her cell as well as her subjective experiences are quite interesting and most certainly captured my attention.

Although I do not think that she was subjected to the human voice sound, she might very well have been subjected to some kind of sound which led her to describe it as "sound pressure" administered at times when she was trying to write about her experience. Those using this surveillance technology could easily see all that she is doing by looking through her eyes and know her thoughts. It would be easy for them to monitor all that she did no matter what.

This is being used against me as a means to imprison and carry out torture interrogation 24/7 by means of the sound abuse and thought reading along with hearing all that I hear. I am constantly bombarded by verbal abuse around the clock which I try to document as much as possible [against the background of what I am doing at the time]. During sleep the memory probing and dream inducement are quite obvious with physiological side effects.

Ultimately, the use of this surveillance technology is lethal, and I have sustained personal injuries from related surveillance technologies in the early years, i.e., radar imaging devices, which have had to be addressed in hospital with cataract surgery in each eye.

This all started when I reported child abuse in May 1998 coming from the flat below mine along with domestic violence and violence outside from the same people. The mother of the abused children and her mother (the tenant in the flat below) along with a number of people managed to get surveillance technology installed in August 1998 which they then started using as a weapon against me. Scores if not hundreds of people joined in.

Their initial three months of bullying up to August 1998 failed to be provocative as intended. So has the surveillance technology since August 1998 which I've documented completrely with respect to all that has happened and communicated a great deal of it throughout these years. This is what has brought about the escalation of this technology against me to stop me from this activity along with reporting the antisocial and criminal behaviour which I experience and have witnessed. Such actions have failed too so far.

This whole family group from the flat below is quite dysfunctional and includes three generations. In fact, as I finished your book tonight, I paid careful attention to the psychological profile from the testimony making verbal notes as I did so while reading the best of it out loud. This was intended for those using the surveillance technology since they shared many similarities with the psychological profile of Lee Wuornos. How deep and broad that runs remains to be determined.

Fundamentally, these people are killers with a sadistic character whose pleasure is derived from crushing human activity by exerting continuous and complete domination and control over one living being: me. Ultimately, it will be fatal, and I am subjected to continuous death threats and have been since July 1998. These people are viciously violent in the extreme.

I was absolutely struck by your discussion of "false bravado" at the very end when you quoted what Candice Skrapec [John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Manhattan] had to say. The element of feeling "invincible" because they feel "invisible" exactly characterises the use of surveillance technology as a weapon as I've experienced it for all these years. Often Lt Harry Bird will say "He can't prove it" which is the same as you quote "You can't catch me!"

I believe that the next real problem for serial killings in the future will come from the psychologically demented who have access to and use surveillance technology as a weapon as I am experiencing. And, here is an example of a female and a male working together 24/7 in the most obsessive manner possible to carry out this sadistic abuse which makes them feel omnipotent and provides them with what Erich Fromm calls the religion of the psychic cripple: sadism. I call this institutionalised ritual abuse because of his definition of sadism which he describes as religious.

I have ordered a copy of Lethal Intent to see what you have to say there, but in the meantime I wanted to provide you with my reaction to Damsel of Death. If you have come across anything related to what I describe, do not dismiss it and explore it as much as you can.

I believe that Jeb Bush brought this into Florida law enforcement courtesy of brother George in the White House. Lt Harry Bird has been claiming that ultimately his activity is authorised and derives from Bush and the White House along with a number of other high level people including Blair and the various Home Secretaries here.

Thanks for a splendid read and a well balanced presentation of many aspects of the life, crimes and death sentence which Lee Wuornos received. It looks like you did an incredible amount of work on that book.
