If I make the slightest error even a typo, this gets attacked further and exploited.When I am doing anything, it's like having someone watching what I am doing by looking over my shoulder and talking in my ear. They can see through my eyes too which is how they know all that I do. The point is to "keep up the pressure" as they frequently describe their own activity. "Shut him down" to "break him down" is another familiar set piece.Right from the start many years ago I understood what was going on and why it was being done. I never took anything these people said seriously with regard its content, but I did take it seriously as torture which is what it was and is.The point is to yell "potty" enough times and scream about everything as if it's wrong so that mental illness will eventually develop. It a testament to the soundness of my mind (and body) that I continue to function well after all these years of this abuse carried out with no break 24/7. This is a great source of aggravation for them since they are frustrated because they cannot fake it.In other words it is just a process of doing several things at once. I do whatever activity I want, hear the continuous attempts to disrupt, distract, disturb and destroy while doing so. I then document what is being done which sometimes turns into documenting what is being documented since the abuse intensifies when I document it.There is a need to destroy this torture activity which is why I write these Emails.This is only a brief part of what is actually done to me with this surveillance technology used as a weapon to torture.
