1. The thumping music noted below this afternoon while I was eating lunch was on last night at 0440 waking me. It went on for at least ten minutes as a rhythm of drum sounds that I had noted the evening before. In a sequence of antisocial behaviour yesterday evening following at least an hour and a half (1815 to 1945) of inline skate jumping and sliding along the fence under my kitchen window at the very narrow entrance to the Lancaster West Estate, this very loud thumping bass music was on for some 20 to 25 minutes starting just before 2000.
This reflected a nonstop sequence of antisocial behaviour going from one to the other yesterday evening. Those using the surveillance technology were fully aware of all that was happening and attacked me continuously for documenting what this by means of recording hard evidence to prove exactly what this antisocial activity is all about. The surveillance technology is being used on behalf of maintaining antisocial and criminal standards at the expense of the decent, honest and innocent people like me who seek to maintain a decent living environment for all.
Yesterday evening I then noted it again while I was listening to BBC Four's New York rock music as described in yesterday's web journal entry between 2030 and 2300. I was listening to this with headsets so no sound could be heard in the flat from my television viewing of these music programmes or any other. At about 2300 I noted this thumping bass music briefly once again. Then I was woken by a similar sound coming from below at 0440. This confirmed what I have been saying that this music can come on at anytime day or night with this noise nuisance disturbance constantly hanging over as a potential disruption which can and does occur at any time causing serous disruption to normal human life and necessary sleep.

I fell asleep with the toothbrush in my hand which was still there when I woke showing the kind of wipe out which occurs after each night's extensive chronic sleep deprivation from all these external sources. ):

His solution to the problem which they create is to attack their bullied victim with the ultimate destructive demand. They create the exhaustion which then is subjected to possible further disturbances during the day (not in this case, however, since I woke before the thumping bass music resumed here as noted). Those observing are trainee selected for sustaining such sadistic abuse and continue to support this activity which destroys human life.
These people seek to have me removed by force and violence or whatever other means based upon fabricated allegations of their own making in order to carry on with the antisocial and criminal activity. They create all these disruptions and disturbances then attack me. This is typical behaviour from the violent bully. this nuisance behaviour keeps me from resting and relaxing at any time of the day or night and is used by those with the surveillance technology as an adjunct to their criminal activity trying to destroy my life. Chronic sleep deprivation such as this is a killer about which they are well aware and have been for many years since I've been addressing it explicitly since the end of October 1999.

What is done here is to completely disrupt my life so that I cannot do anything while being forced to listen to the thumping bass music from below and the verbal activity from the abuse of the surveillance technology. The idea is to stimulate some kind of responce from me against the background of an unspecified allegation which they deliberate use as a means of interrogation. I never hear the reply to this question.
With they use of this surveillance technology they can read my thoughts. I've verified this thousands of time. They hope to provoke me into a mental response of some kind believing me to be hiding something. There is nothing and nothing is gained, yet this kind of abusive interrogation has been going on for many years 24/7 hoping to aggravate and produce a response which will provide information of some kind that will enable them to create an allegation. This is the new interrogation technique which is used with continuous 24/7 torture, chronic sleep deprivation to break down resistance along with physical injury.

Those who are with BS and Lt Harry Bird are watching what I am writing too and listening to them. In fact, one of them asked this question. Will they all deny what has happened? Can this be denied for the tens of thousands times it has occurred during many years 24/7? That's what they try to do.

Mostly, it fulfils the need to say something, anything to appear to be saything meaningful, yet these comments are in general, non-specific terms and do not mean anything. They are used in the hopes of finding out what I might think about what is being said thus revealing what I am thinking. What I have learned is that they are projecting what is inside themselves instead.
When such words are used like this, they clearly do not apple to me but apply to Lt Harry Bird and BS with explicit examples of this behaviour which has been declared publicly many years ago: Monday and Tuesday, 11th and 13th May 1998 after the police arrived on Friday evening, 8th May 1998 to take in hand the child abuse problem which was occurring in the flat below involving the children of BS and four adults. They are thus projecting what is inside themselves to smokescreen the truth about themselves while hoping that others who do not know the history of what is happening will think I am engaged in some sort of revenge in some manner which does not and has never fit my activity.

This is an example of a deeply disturbed and serious ill personality who is allowed to act out this psychopathic behaviour with the use of surveillance technology which she uses to protect herself from being recognised as the viciously violent persona that she is. However, she carries out viciously violent behaviour in the extreme in order to keep from being recognised as the viciously violent person that she is. Using surveillance technology is viciously violent in this case when used like this as a lethal weapon 24/7 which she has been doing since August 1998.

Usually, this "apology" is used in regard to a response about being unable to carry out the demand to remove me by force and violence or women other means. This is how the syndrome of sadism is supported and perpetuated by these people who go around in circles with this kind of activity which gives them an excuse to carry out the viciously violent verbal abuse and torture interrogation eventually meeting a brick wall of refusal from whomever is supposed to be subjected to incitement. This refusal has various ways of being made, but they all fit the interrogation pattern as described above.

It does not matter who says what. What is being said is important. Usually, after going through a whole series of abusive interrogations attacks like this, Lt Harry Bird will say "Great job." He says this quite frequently. I think this relates to the fact that the US Marines never do anything significant, and such extreme praise is constantly used for mundane work like digging foxholes or latrines.

He needs to completely destroy in order to keep the truth from coming out about his and BS's activity which is documented like this continuously by me 24/7. I do not type it since it is so time consuming which is another objective of theirs. They wish to bog me down in continuously documenting what is being done so that I do not do anything else and cannot get anything done. They then blame me for what is not done since they watch all that happends second-by-second with the use of the surveillance technology 24/7. This is why all of this is documented on voice activated audio while I am awake and video which runs continuously. The video also picks up the thumping bass music from start to finish while it is occurring so that there is an independent record of that activity.

Their purpose is to suck everyone into their trap and ensnare them in their criminal activity. They know all that is happening especially my evidence gathering, but they do not tell people about this until they learn the hard way. They keep others from using the surveillance technology and feed them what they want them to know and understand which is suitable to the criminal objectives of Lt Harry Bird and BS. Often, these observers will ask "Let me see." Or, "What did he say?" Often, when BS does not want to reveal the truth of what I have said, she will reply "Potty as hell" as a nonsense answer to a question which is not asked again. Thus, they create what they want others to believe. Dominating and controlling surveillance technology like this 24/7 reflects fraud and the need to always maintain the "books" so that they can be "cooked."
I've written the above over and over again during these many years, but those observing are always changing. Thus, the fraud being carried out by Lt Harry Bird and BS is perpetuated.

They are not interested in a resolution. They are interested in perpetuated sadism. The sadist's objective is complete domination and control over one living being. These are the no-hopers who have no power and seek omnipotence. In this case the surveillance technology has enabled them to gain this omnipotence. They then carry out their abuse in every way they can to sustain this situation with them in control and dominating everything especially me.
What happens further in this situation is that this is a training ground for selecting those with a character disposition toward sadism. Anyone who is brought along to observe and objects is quickly eliminated and loses a career opportunity. Those who go along with the false allegations and false negative characterisations are thus selected to continue and lauded as examples of those who are going to succeed in their chose career. This cuts across government departments. That's why the likes of the NHS' Richard Evans MD, the police's Paul Winston and Mike the Violent Bigot, and anyone else who supports and participates is cultivated and sustained as part of the sadistic mob carrying out this behaviour against me with the use of the surveillance technology. This is the real training and selection that goes on, and this is why there is a constant turnover of people at the lowest level under the watchful eye of these more senior people who both perpetuate the sadistic disposition and protect themselves.
It is for the latter reason that most of this activity takes place now since so many have participated across a wide spectrum of government departments that the only acceptable behaviour is that which supports the false allegations and false negative characterisations which also supports the sadistic behaviour being carried out against me by all. Those who object are summarily relegated to the pasture land somewhere else with a bad mark in their record. This is how a bureaucracy creates its own "dysfunctionality" and becomes "unfit for purpose." It is dominated and controlled by those whose personalities, characters and abilities are deficient. They only way they can succeed is to fake and ensure by their violent behaviour especially against me as a scapegoat that others are subjugated to their will by fear of being treated in the same way.

After I finished writing the above, BS went into an hysterical diatribe along with Lt Harry Bird having used the surveillance technology to dominate and control everything as soon as it happens thus proving my point. This precludes any meaningful exchange of information based upon privacy and confidentiality so that the whole situation can be rationally and reasonably considered and judged upon evidence instead of emotion abuse that never stops as has been occurring during the writing of this web journal entry. It's a vicious circle maintained by the fraudsters Lt Harry Bird, BS and others for the sole purpose of carrying out sadistic behaviour against their surveillance target while protecting themselves from prosecution for the many crimes they have committed.

I spent all afternoon just documenting the verbal abuse an commenting on it since I finished eating. While washing the plate I heard: "You've got to stop it, really," said a male. I took this to be directed at BS. I'm not doing anything except writing down what is happening along with my comments. All of the abuse is coming from BS, Lt Harry Bird and others which they never stop and will never stop no matter how many times they have been told this. The only way to stop them is to apply the law as provided and required to end such extensive criminal behaviour. I've been saying this for years. Because of the continuous turnover of observers and others, they is no continuity maintained for their criminal activity. This is most likely intentional. Telling them like this creates an illusion of doing something where it is known in advance that such an admonition will never be followed. Therefore, whoever says this is fully implicated in all the criminal acts of BS, Lt Harry Bird and others as an accessory unless s/he, they do not stop this activity completely forthwith.
As I went on working in the kitchen, I also heard "He's right. Potty as shit," said a younger male. This sounded like others with this vigilante mob group who are silently observing what is happening and have a vested interest in maintaining the false allegations and false negative characterisation for whatever reason of their own. Then, the loud thumping bass music resumed once again and has been left on.

I usually get on with essential activity and make verbal notes to the voice activated digital recorder and camcorder as duplication and backup for all that I am documenting. This experience of mine will be the same for everyone unless some means is provided to redress this grievance which will enable all those with similar complaints now and in the future to address this most gross abuse of power.

And, just now a male asked "Writing a book?" This is, of course, an attempt to squelch the freedoms of though and expression. This goes on like this continuously. It is all a show to attack me while trying to intimidate me, but most importantly to take up all my time so I can be attacked for the things which I do not get done. If I ignore this and get on with other things, they are successful in forcing me to submit to their extreme and viciously violently threatening verbal abuse without doing anything about it.
This is the future for everyone unless you do something about it. This has been a productive three hours for me. I shall continue for as long as it takes to make certain that this abuse of power is fully, completely and thoroughly addressed with those carrying it out dealt with as provided by law while their full legal, civil and human rights are preserved and protected which is what they continuously seek to deny me.
