1. There is a fundamental failure deliberate or otherwise to understand and comprehend the extent of the abuse being carried out against me by the use of the surveillance technology in the hands of those reported for serious crimes of violence. They behave in an extreme manner in order to cover up their original and ongoing criminal activity by making every effort to discredit all that I document and communicate. More importantly they make every effort to prevent this from taking place by overwhelming me with continuous and constant abuse nonstop 24/7. What I am currently trying to portray here are examples of that abuse which when extrapolated for the entire 24-hour day can be seen as an attempt to completely destroy human activity and human life itself. It is so extensive that I can only communicate representative examples here as I did yesterday.

My primary concern at present is the resurfacing of the child abuse in a more direct, deliberate and public expression or fallout from this child abuse which I tried to address over eight and one-half years ago initially. Because the surveillance activity is so deeply in place carried out by those who were the original child abusers including the leader-of-the-pack, the mother of the abused children, they have been engaged in a concerted effort since 1st December 2006 to stop me from reporting the hard evidence of the resurfacing of that child abuse fallout which is now being directed against me personally by the most abused child and most likely handicapped by such abuse. Their need to attack now to cover up the truth revealed by the hard evidence is so intense that they risk exposure by carrying out a brutal campaign where they are the source of the activity which they then attempt to ascribe to me.

There is a much more serious element of impact from this than that which exists against me, and I want to explain what that is by way of an example which I learned from a personal experience. Well over a decade ago, I was working in a law firm where the managing partner's secretary's son murdered a teenage girl. Although I later read about this murder in the newspaper when he came to trial after I had left the law firm, this incident would not have made the impression on me had I not had some direct experience with those involved at the time of the murder while I was still working there. It was a devastating situation for the parents involved who, I believe, had to move home. Also, there was an element where the parents tried to disassociate themselves from their son and might have even disowned him.

It was my belief then as it is today, that this act of murder by the youth against a teenage girl had its responsibility origins with the parents and the circumstances of his home and upbringing. It came out in the trial that the youth admitted he only wanted to touch this teenage girl's breast when they were alone together in a secluded spot. Whatever this meant is unknown, but the consequence was that the girl was killed. I believe that this had to do with sexual repression in this youth who somehow could not find the right outlet for his biological reality and it misfired in some way which led to his killing the girl.

I have been observing the behaviour of a family group who has exhibited extreme examples of sexual repression in their campaign against me for these past 8.5+ years by attacking me for sexual activity which does not even exist. They have been making false allegations against me of this kind tens of thousands of times during this entire period and have turned everyone and everything upside down. While they have not said anything meaningful about me, they have revealed an extraordinary amount of information about themselves. The sexual repression in themselves which manifests itself in false allegations against me demonstrate that they have repressed their own sexuality and seek to do that to others while projecting that repression onto an external object which they seek to destroy. Normal people just do not behave like they do.

The great problem with this is how it effects the children and especially the abused children. It also raises serious questions about childhood sexual abuse which has been repressed and is now being acted out against me which must be answered. However, the situation now exists which begs the question as to what impact does these women (mother, grandmother, sister) have on this young boy who is now about 15 give or take a year after I reported the child abuse 8.5+ years ago? At that time this young boy was taking his rage out on younger children at play by spontaneously hitting, kicking and choking them with no reason for doing so. The child was blamed at that time. It was not his fault. It was the fault of the adults around him who treated him this way. He was imitating the actions of these adults to express his rage against them for his abusive treatment which he received from them. I knew what was going on and reported the problem so that it could be properly addressed. It was not.

Instead, the domestic violent family group was given access to surveillance technology in August 1998 to use against me as a weapon for the manufacture of false allegations against me including those of a sexual nature which did not exist. The young boy who had been subject to the abuse also participated in this as did other children with the use of the surveillance technology. Instead of addressing the problem and pursuing a corrective, constructive course of behaviour development, the opposite happened. Violence was allowed to persist and be acted out against me by those for whom I had reported their violence. The result is that it continues now after 8.5+ years with the children still participating and doing so opening in public as fully developed bullies.

The whole process of trying to get at the sources of crime including domestic violence and its violent consequences has not just failed in this situation but has been deliberately and knowingly perverted so that violence has been perpetuated and allowed to grow infecting the next generation. The result is now a teenager who is carrying on publicly in a sexually abusive manner shouting out this abuse in public in the same way his mother, grandmother, aunt, father and other adults around him do. While this is important to address, the fact of this sexual repression and its impact on him is far more important to recognise and understand for he could be the next person to become violent against women as he seeks an outlet for his still repressed rage that earlier expressed itself in violence against children at play eight years ago. Now as a teenager that rage carries with it the strength of sexual drive and its repression.

This is why I was reflecting today on that youth who killed the teenage girl for what appears to be sexual reasons perhaps repression gone awry in some way. This also occurs against the terrible tragedy of the bodies of five women prostitutes having been found in the past two weeks in the Ipswich area leading one to speculate along lines of someone who has had a rage so intense that it has driven him to kill in this manner assuming that these murders have been committed by one person. Therefore, when I reflect upon the extreme brutality to which this young boy now a teenager has been subjected by his mother, grandmother, aunt, father and others, I see now as I did over eight years ago the potential for violence from him that has as its source these adults. There has already been a copious amount of evidence about that violence.

I believe that the intensity with which these same adults direct their violence against me with the use of the surveillance technology reflects the fact that they understand the need to hide the truth by taking extreme risks of detection while they make every effort to destroy the person who knows the facts and seeks to properly address this problem. This can be viewed as violence derived from resistance, but it has a larger dimension as well. There is a conscious element of avoiding getting exposed and caught for devastating criminal activity including child abuse. It is extremely important to recognise the complexities which exist in this situation. These adults must act in such a manner as to terrify this youth so much that he will not speak the truth about his own child abuse which they carried out against him making his life a total misery.

This is why his father was choking him when he threatened to tell almost nine years ago. There have been other examples of this which have occurred after I reported the child abuse to protect this child where the grandmother physically hurt the child to ensure that he would not speak the truth to the police who were arriving. This occurred in November 1999 a long time after I initially reported the child abuse in May 1998 when the police first intervened.

They have been successful in terrorising this youth into submission to suppress the truth, but the question is at what cost? At what point will he vent his rage in violence against another weaker and more vulnerable person perhaps as the youth who killed the teenage girl which I described above? His yelling at me publicly reflecting his own sexual repression and compliance with the demands and wishes of these adults who surround him are nothing really except an indication of where he stands and what potential for rage driven violence lurks inside him ready to come out at some point.

How long will this misdirected violence against me with the use of surveillance technology by this viciously violent family group be allowed to continue? Until they kill me? There is a consistent pattern of such violence which this family group carries out against anyone, child or adult, who threatens to tell the truth about them. The really big question has to do with those (police, tenant management, social services, NHS, etc) who have supported this violent family group and allowed them to get away with this widespread violence all these years knowingly and deliberately? This is one for the Metropolitan Police's Homicide Prevention Unit, and it has nothing to do with me. No one can hide the truth. No one can escape the truth.

Also important to recognise is that this situation is not unusual. Violent people group together. Violence is passed from generation to generaton by means of child abuse. These violent groupings of adults which come in family groups like this will carry out the most extreme behaviour against anyone who threatens the group with exposure including murder. This happened recently in the north with the Hudson family who tortured to death a daughter-in-law who threatend to take a son out of the family group. They tortured her to death in three months. I am being tortured to death over a period of eight years and four months so far with the use of surveillance technology in the hands of these people. There is no difference here except that of method and length of time plus the fact that it is being officially sanctioned and supported.

Violence of any kind cannot be condoned in any manner whatsover. However, it is being condoned and has been carried out against me for eight years and four months 24/7 with surveillance technology sanctioned by those in authority who have and are participating in this violent destruction of human life for all these years around-the-clock. There is no justification and can never be any justification for this or any other violence deliberately carried out by anyone especially the government and those in various departments of government, yet it continues to be done.

The really tragic consequence of all of this is the fact that yet another generation of violence has been created when it could have been redirected in a constructive instead of a destructive direction.

Killer 'could be losing control'

The bodies of the three women were found near Ipswich

A psychologist working with police investigating the murder of prostitutes in Ipswich says the recent deaths may be part of a larger killing spree.

Five bodies have been found near Ipswich over the past fortnight.

Dr Ian Stephen said: "The killer is losing control and there is a compulsion taking over."

2. These are just the ones who complained. With an 88% "unsubstantiated" rejection rate, there is not much sense in filing a complaint against the police. A complaint impossible when the police abuse their power with surveillance technology for many years on end. The police have a long way to go to cleaning up their own act. Those who see police abuse continuously know better, and it's worst impact is on the young.

Complaints about police up by 15%

There was an increase in complaints related to "lack of fairness"

The number of complaints against police in England and Wales has risen by 15% over the last year, figures show.

Some 26,268 complaint cases were recorded by the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) for 2005/2006 - up 3,370 on 2004/2005.

But 88% of allegations investigated were found to be unsubstantiated.

I wonder if the massive abuse of power carried out against me by a large number of NHS personnel moved out into the community for many years has been consciously taken into account for contributing to this deficit? Or, is this a local entity that can bury this in its profitability? How much of this wasted taxpayer money went to those who spent an extraordinary amount of time out in the community in the proximity of my flat participating in the surveillance technology abuse and medical experimentation on a nonconsenting human guinea pig with forced medication outside a hospital environment? I'll be looking for a complete accounting of all funds expended on this extensive criminal activity against me.

Richard Evans MD once said to those in the flat below that he wanted to bring his girlfriend to show her where he had spend so much of his time. Was he paid for his time here during the days and nights? There are many people with a great deal of criminal activity to hide. Why haven't the police enforced the law? In this situation they've spent their time breaking it in extreme and extraordinary ways continuously. What's this about filing a complaint against the police. My complaint against Richard Evans MD and associates in early 2000 disappeared. No wonder mass murdered Dr Shipman went undetected for so long even after being reported to the police.

'NHS-wide faults' led to deficits

Staff pay is one of the factors which has led to the NHS' deficit

Mismanagement at all levels of the NHS in England has led to the current multimillion pound deficit, a committee of MPs has found.

The Commons health select committee said existing deficits were made worse by the cost of new staff pay deals and the expense of meeting NHS targets.

But it added local financial mismanagement was also a factor. Last year's NHS deficit was £547m.
