1. I've just seen a report on the interrogation procedures carried out by the police in connection with the two suspects arrested so far with regard to the murder of five women in Ipswich. They have to be assessed medically and mentally including a police surgeon if necessary to determine whether they are fit to be interviewed. They must have at least an eight hour break per day and must be given breaks during the interview process. They must also be fed properly.
This is a most interesting contrast to the way I've been treated for many years by those using surveillance technology. I am subjected to continuous 24/7 torture interrogation with the use of the surveillance technology. These attacks are carried out nonstop minute-by-minute including sleep deprivation which is intentional. I am attacked in all that I do with the most cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment which can be mustered by Lt Harry Bird and BS.
If I describe accurately how I am being treated, I am subjected to more intense abuse with false allegations of mental illness. In fact, I am called "sick," "potty," "psychotic" and other abuse names continuously. This process is intended to break me down by creating mental illness and physical damage. That's quite a contrast with what is supposed to be done. Oh, yeah, I'm totally innocent of anything but am deemed guilty of a multitude of false allegations based upon a presumption of guilty. I have kept as complete a record of all of this for all of these years as is possible.
"In my eyes we could go to jail for this," said a male while I was in the bathtub communicated via the surveillance technology electronic sound transmission evidently picked up by Lt Harry Bird and/or BS use as happens with people who are present with them. What those people say is transmitted to me electronically along with their voices.
"So, why is he grinning?" asked Lt Harry Bird also while I was in the bathtub. This is a more recent undercut and incitement. No one knows whether it is valid or not. He is using the surveillance technology which can detect muscle movement such as smiling, but here he is faking it. I was not grinning and made a verbal note on the PR about this with a comment. The point is to aggravate me while inciting others that I am laughing at them. This is characteristic of all that Lt Harry Bird and BS are doing with the surveillance technology. While it can detected an extraordinary amount of valid information, it is being abuse to mislead others while attempting to continuously provoke me.
Lt Harry Bird and BS are discouraged and disappointed that I have not died sooner. They have made every effort to commit murder with surveillance technology and are quite dismayed to have failed. They are in a quandary as to what to do since I am flourishing, so much so in fact that they have started bringing out the son of BS to carry out antisocial and nuisance behaviour abuse.
That is about as low as anyone can get. Instead of preventing the growth of children into antisocial tearaways, this surveillance community has created a very conspicuous antisocial tearaway. How this has happened reflects the phenomenal failure of all those in a position of authority in all the departments of government involved who have deliberately taken the path of abuse and criminal activity which they now realise might very well lead them to prison.
2. Foggy day with fly tipping increased over yesterday's long standing debris scattered about. This reflects antisocial behaviour on the move from three star tenant management equipped with surveillance technology to squash the reporting of this mess. Lt Harry Bird shouted "Potty as shit" while I was preparing this entry reflecting his killer training and abusive personality. Note how with great articulation and expressiveness this attack conveys much valuable information about him but none about me.
With nothing changed the recycle Blue Bins attract more rubbish which can be seen in the middle on the ground of this line of bins. There are also cups and whatever strewn around on the ground. This is a significant amount of rubbish tipping all primed by three star tenant management and/or the Council and left unremoved to create a larger problem by the same people. Don't blame the tenants for what is a management problem.
3. Antisocial behaviour by leaving rubbish outside flat doors is a continuous activity carried out by the same people. This attracts vermin and gives them a feeding source. That plaid bag has been there for many weeks. How are the cleaners supposed to clean? The bit of Orange Bag next to it is a short termer. Tenant management does not inspect daily to deal with these issues. When they are notified, they claim that they've taken care of the problem. It still persists.
This demonstrates the effectiveness of three star tenant management in a surveillance environment where the one who reports these problems is targeted with continuous attacks. "We don't like him." This is an understatement from the assassination squad. They got their three stars. Now it's time to relapse to old ways. Oh, yeah, and there are those who throw furniture away by the front door for someone else to remove at tenant expense instead of taking care of this removal properly themselves. This is another management failure with the surveillance technology crew on top of my reporting this right now with a "Write it down" from Lt Harry Bird. I call that a PITL (Porky in the Log).
4. Antisocial people like to leave their personal possessions outside permanently. The cleaners cannot clean making this a great permanent home and refuge for vermin who then feed on the rubbish left outside nearby people's doors even if just for a short period.
5. Bicycles chained to the railing like this one for extended periods or time day and night or even just short periods create a serious health and safety hazard. The cleaners cannot clean in this area, and the grime quickly builds giving vermin a place to hide. The wee ones are able to do so. However, the most serious problem is the fire exit safety hazard which this bicycle constitutes.
If there is a fire near the front door a most likely occurrence given the daily accumulation of rubbish and furniture there that remains overnight, this is the only exit path for those who live at this end and above including myself. When a fire occurs, everything happens very fast. Smoke fills the area quickly and completely, and the lights can easily go out. There is no way out except by this bicycle along the rear of the Walkway if the fire is blazing near the front door.
People trying to make an emergency exit in the dark, smoke filled narrow pathway area like this, will have to move along the railings holding them for guidance. They will have to move quickly. This bicycle will be an obstruction and could cause people to become disoriented and panic thus losing their way while causing problems for everyone else. There are small children and infants in this area who will also have to depart with parents. This bicycle is a safety threat to everyone of the worst kind. Whoever leaves it there has no regard for anyone else and not even for him/herself.
There have been a number of fires in this environment. Early this year the Fire Brigade was outside putting out a fire with what looked like their hose stretched to the road area below. The Walkway was filling with smoke. The flat next to mine had a fire. The wall was getting hot. I was nervous hoping that the ₣ire Brigade would put it out before it got too bad. They did. I did not want the paint on my wall to get hot enough to ignite. There was another fire in a flat in the middle area. This was serious enough to render that flat uninhabitable. Some years ago, I turned in an alarm when I saw smoke coming from the rubbish chutes near the front door. The rubbish in the road below was burning. The Walkway filled with smoke fast.
I've notified tenant management about this periodic safety threat. The response comes along eventually but can be protracted. In this case, I have not notified tenant management. They do not inspect and the bicycle remains like the rubbish and personal possessions all over.
