The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBK&C) Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) tonight. I am denied participation by the intensive surveillance torture abuse carried out against me which was initiated under the auspices of tenant management in August 1998 and supported by tenant management throughout with the direct participation of those involved with tenant management. It goes on as of this writing. Tenant management is a vigilante criminal organisation who does whatever it wants outside the law. There is a serious corporate governance problem here among all the crimes that have been and are being carried out against me including denying me participation in tonight's meeting.
Former Foreign Secretary and now Conservative Member of Parliament for Kensington & Chelsea (not North Kensington) Sir Malcolm Rifkind MP will be its featured speaker. The diary/logs below reflect just a wee bit of the tenant management sponsored surveillance technology abuse carried out against me today. My balcony also remains in a state of disrepair which was created eight years and five months ago. Despite having a scaffolding installed for five weeks recently, the balcony was not restored to the way it was with all 84 tiles. These tiles look like they were when removed on or about 5th June 1998. They are all stacked along the front wall of the still unusable balcony. This is the symbol of what tenant management is all about: shoddy and half-baked in every respect while carrying out brutual suppression against anyone who would dare speak the truth.
1. The following diary/log reflects my documentation of what happened all last night during the period of time when I was trying to sleep.
To bed: 0118. Wake ups at: 0233; 0358 awake to 0420; 0521; 0536 and 0644. Roughly 5.25 hours sleep in five segments of 1.25, 1.5, 1.0, 0.25 and 1.25 hours. I got up just before 0830 having been kept awake for about 1.5 hours until this time from the various sources of disturbances including the surveillance technology driven torture. The surveillance technology is used intentionally to cause chronic sleep deprivation which has been going on for eight and 1/4 years 24/7.
0233: Woken and heard a loud thud from below. Recounted a dream, and a male said "It's a shocker" afterwards using the surveillance technology for electronic voice transmission. Verified this with the video and sound level meter recordings. I was sound asleep until woken: completely still and made not a bit of noise. Went back to sleep immediately.
0358 to 0416: Woke from a dream: Caught in the act the young superman was discredited because they did not think he had any powers. Superman had failed. Other comments about the dream. 0405 "Great job," said one of those using the surveillance technology. 0416 Put the duvet over me against the cold, and noted that I had not been to sleep since the 0358 wake up. 0420 "Calm down," said Lt Harry Bird to BS.
0521 BS makes a verbal noise just then. Before this I was in the process of waking up and straightening the duvet. Dream about all the thank you notes I had received where I lived. They called me the "Laetin" boy. They all were grateful.
I fell asleep here with the digital recorder I use for note taking still on which shows how tired I was and that the wake up was most likely from an external source. My sleep was clearly disturbed in each instances by those using the surveillance technology reflected by their verbal abuse comments of one kind or another. I go back to sleep immediately after these wake ups for the most part unless kept awake by the verbal abuse.
0536 "You didn't get talked into anything," said a male. Once again this disturbance from those using the surveillance technology is the most likely cause of my sleep disturbance here after I fell asleep while recording notes because I was so tired. I had dozed off for about 13 minutes or so. Got up to go to the bathroom. 0540 Back into the bed, under the duvet and to sleep immediately.
0644 Woken to "I am a soldier," said Lt Harry Bird. I made comments about this statement and him. This was the last wake up. I was never able to go back to sleep again due to the verbal abuse torture from those using the surveillance technology and other external nuisance disturbances.
0646 "Too many people today are obsessed with each other," said a pontificating male. Again I added comments about this statement as it relates to what has been happening here for the past eight and one-half years 24/7 along with the reason why this started to protect the lives of the children since the child abuse below was spilling over into the children at play in the Walkway.
0650 "Loss of life," said a male. I added my comments about the child abuse violence redirected against me after I had reported the child abuse eight and one-half years ago because I sincerely thought a child's life was at risk due to the escalating child abuse which included serious choking.
0654 "Until you obey," said a male who sounded like Lt Harry Bird. Again I made comments about the fact that the abuse is done for its own sake regardless of my activity. The abuse is continuous, arbitrary and capriciously directed at all human activity 24/7. There are no standards, and such a statement means conditioning into blind obedience no matter what. This comes from someone who has been conditioned into obeying orders mindlessly without question for decades who has just stated above "I am a soldier."
0705 Thuds start from below. Several of them.
0711 "I tell ya," said a male who sounded like Lt Harry Bird.
0713 "The bastard," said Lt Harry Bird. This is obviously a hate crime. This kind of verbal abuse is continuous.
0718 "Made that film," said Lt Harry Bird followed by "I know" from BS. This amid constant chatter from these two. The amount of photography carried out against me inside my home all these years while carrying out the lethal use of surveillance technology against a background of constant death threats and threats of violence has caused me to characterise this activity as a government sponsored "Snuff Film in Progress."
0723 "Spoiled," said a male.
0727 Continuous loud hitting from below. About a dozen of those.
0746 "He can't find the [jewel]" said BS (low volume).
0747 Door clanking from below.
0747 Railing rattling. More door noise from below.
0748 Door slam below twice. Both of these can be heard on the digital recorder used for these notes which I was making at the time. (These noises are pickked up on the digital note taking recorder while I am talking notes since they are so loud. There is another after this.)
0749 "Potty as hell," screeches BS. This is an attack because she was able to hear what I was recording by way of notes on the digital voice recorder and made this verbal abuse for that reason I believe given its context. This then went on to further abuse. This is the pattern of such abuse which has been going on with the use of surveillance technology since August 1998.
0751 "Apparently he's come," said one of those I get attacked with these false allegations when they see me documenting these problems. This is the purpose of the surveillance technology to attack me when they see me doing what they do not like. This is the "obedience" conditioning training described above.
0753 "Reminds me of . . ." said a male. Since 0700 the disturbances from everyone involved have been continuous while I have been trying to sleep.
0756 "[Can you] hear me?" said a male. BS made a verbal noise after this statement.
0757 "Everything," says one of the surveillance users most likely Lt Harry Bird. [Since he can monitor my hearing as well, he could very well be indicating that what is being said by them is heard by me. The electronic transmission of sound is carried out with high frequency (say 14 MHz) microwave transmissions pentrating the brain at a pulsing rate that equals the brain's frequency of just a few hundred Hertz (cycles per second). It's the same as either AM or FM radio, but instead of modulating the amplitude of the or the frequency of the signal (electromagnetic radiation) the pulse rate is modulated. This is my best guess so far. This technology for hearing in this manner has been around for decades. It's old stuff. To do this to someone continuously 24/7 as has been happening to me for years will eventually result in death.]
0801 "This is a square peg," said a male. Comment: "These are fear mongering criminals who are trying to establish a criminal and antisocial standard by destroying the person who reports these problems so that they can be properly addressed, and that person is attacked as a "square peg" by the criminal element."
0803 Verbal noises from a female sounding like BS after I finished the above comment.
0808 "Incredible," said Lt Harry Bird. Scraping noises start on the floor above.
Verbal abuse is accentuated by these other noises which turn into excessive nuisances.
0810 "It's true," said Lt Harry Bird followed by "Bloody hell" from BS.
0811 "I can't believe he's come," said a female voice sounding like BS. No such thing has happened. These false allegation attacks intensify after I made the above verbal comment about the character of the activity and my characterisation as a "square peg."
0813 "My keys," said a male. This is all the electronic transmission of sound.
0816 "Wake up," sounded like Lt Harry Bird. "With the continuous disturbances I certainly can't do anything else, can I?"
0817 Out of bed. This same abuse goes on from Lt Harry Bird, BS and others.
I get this 24/7 no matter where I am located and no matter what I am doing. This is sadistic abuse in the extreme intended to destroy the human being by attacking everything as wrong no matter what it is with the verbal abuse from which there is no escape. It is torture of the worst kind: cruel, inhuman and degrading in the extreme plus it is intended to destroy the physiological functioning of the human body. It is torture under a continuous threat of death with a film being made of the process by Lt Harry Bird. In order to protect myself I have to do the same to show that the allegations are false. Thus, I become part of my own torture process out of self defence.
I haven't put everything in above since it would be too time consuming and voluminous, but this is most of it.
2. The terror society as I described yesterday comes from within as described explicitly above from my media logs. This is a campaign intended to generate fear by destroying life carried out by the government.

Government anti-terror policy is being "submerged" by party political interests, a report says.
The Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust said Prime Minister Tony Blair and Home Secretary John Reid could be accused of "exploiting the politics of fear".
And "trying to win over the white working-class vote" risked alienating parts of the Muslim community who could help defeat extremism, it added.
But the Home Office said it made "no apology" for bringing in tough laws.
'Boomerang effect'
Mr Blair's "close and publicly unquestioning stance" alongside the United States was damaging Britain's influence on global politics, the report also suggested.
It said: "The government's counter-terrorism campaign is often driven by party-political and electoral motives that are 'submerging' its own 'sensible' counter-terrorism strategy.
John Reid and Tony Blair have been playing to the tabloid gallery 
"The actions of ministers, particularly Home Secretary John Reid, could have a 'boomerang effect' by alienating the Muslim communities whose trust and co-operation are vital."
Report co-author Stuart Weir said: "The government has a sensible strategy for dealing with terrorism but John Reid and Tony Blair have been playing to the tabloid gallery, raising suspicions that they are trying to win over the white working-class vote."

The fight against terror would be Gordon Brown's "first priority" if he became prime minister, he has hinted.
The chancellor also backed Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair's call for tougher anti-terror powers.
Sir Ian wants phone-tap evidence usable in court and the 28-day maximum period for questioning suspects extended.
Mr Brown told the Sunday Times he "completely agreed" with Sir Ian - but he dismissed Tory calls for a full-time Cabinet terrorism minister.
'Top table'
Conservative leader David Cameron told the newspaper he would appoint a minister responsible solely for combating terrorism to his Cabinet, if he became prime minister.
"Action against terrorism deserves a dedicated seat at the top table," he said.

3. Crispin Black claims that this kind of intelligence against individuals is firmer than that faked in the past and that it is ridiculous to claim that the intelligence services are making it up. I've been experiencing fabricated allegations 24/7 for over eight years. Those using the surveillance technology fake it against me continuously for their own corruption self interest: greed, glory and power. Crispin Black is not living in the real world and reflects a dangerous dichotomy between image creation at the top and what actually exists at the ground level. This is why trust and confidence has been lost by the government and those in positions of authority.

Farzana speaks out A white middle-class pensioner who converted to Islam and wed an Algerian terrorist suspect in a Muslim ceremony is campaigning to prove his innocence.
Her husband, known as "P", is among 27 foreign nationals the government wants to deport on national security grounds and has been linked to al-Qaeda.
He had been in prison but was released on strict bail conditions.
Supporters have called on the UK to put the former detainee, now living in London, on trial if it has evidence.
His wife, known as Farzana, told the BBC she has been shunned by her family since the wedding.
"He is no terrorist," she said. "I am 100% sure he is innocent. My family were horrified. They accused me of marrying a terrorist and I am trying to tell them he is not."

Crispin Black, a former government intelligence analyst, maintains it is "ridiculous" for people to suggest the intelligence services are making allegations up.
"This kind of intelligence dealing with individuals - counter-terror intelligence - is much more firmly based than other kinds of intelligence where there have been big mistakes in the past," he said.

The great problem is that there are those who fake it just as occurred during the IRA terror bombing campaign. Remember those false convictions? Nothing has changed.
The point is to expose those who are faking it as I have been experiencing for over eight years 24/7 so that public trust and confidence can be maintained.
As it is now, there is no trust or confidence in the government.
The BBC is partly responsible for that by not reporting gross abuses of power by means of surveillance technology to which I've been subjected.
