1. The police state witch hunt has been officially announced as underway by London's Metropoitan Police. I've been subject to this for eight and 1/4 years of totally invasive, abusive, provocative and medical experimentation surveillance technology 24/7 used for incarceration and torture interrogation. I have never done anything at all in my entire life of 63 years, yet I am falsely accused of crimes which have never occurred. These false allegations are used to sustain this extreme abuse of power with the extended use of surveillance technology which completely undermines the democratic rule of law as we know it in civilised society.
Trying to predict crimes in the future is a witch hunt against those who are disliked and in my direct experience has resulted from false allegations from those for whom I have reported violence and domestic violence including child abuse. Others who have participated were involved in attempted murder and rape which I have reported in the past. On an ongoing basis those who have engaged in domestic violence have been participants as well.
They are the ones using the surveillance technology against me. They have been violent against each other, and have threatened suicide in addition to continuous violence against me. Trying to predict violence while ignoring those who are carrying out violence in the process of using multi-year 24/7 surveillance exposes any such programme as a facade to rid the community of those who are disliked and unwanted by those in power.
Profiling is fundamentally flawed and cannot be used in a meaningful way. Only depth psychology character analysis can be used in a meaningful way to determine the truly psychopathic personality. My direct experience for the last eight and 1/4 years reveals that the police have, in effect, put the surveillance technology into the hands of those who share the personality characteristics and actions of an Ian Huntley while supporting and sustaining extreme sadistic abuse and life threatening activity by these people who have a grudge and publicly declared vengeance against me for having reported their child abuse. I call this insitutionalised ritual abuse.
This kind of weapon in the hands of the corrupted police as I have been experiencing it for many years is intended to cover up that corruption by the police and others. This does not mean that all police are corrupt, but it does mean that corrupted officers dominate and control in such a manner as to perpetuate their corruption while intimidating the honest police from doing anything about it. Police secrecy and the very nature of police culture also contribute to sustaining and covering up this kind of abuse which I've been experiencing 24/7 for eight and 1/4 years.
The kind of surveillance to which I have been subjected for years will reveal any planning of a crime by its total invasion and reading of the human brain's thought processes. This is the kind of surveillance which is behind such a programme of prediction, I believe, since it has been used against me for all these years in what has been called either an "experiment" or more recently a "pilot project." I believe that the police while claiming to use more conventional methods such as psychological profiling are actually engaged in the kind of surveillance to which I've been subjected for all these years 24/7 which has involved full police participation in every way.
In fact, in addition to the torture interrogation and many related abuses I have been incarcerated with this surveillance technology and subjected to surreptitious medication intended to incapacitate and debilitate me wherever I am located. I believe that this is the future for such a programme and will include far more innocent people such as myself as has occurred for many years against me 24/7 rather than any potential serious offender. The serious offenders in my direct experience are the ones using the surveillance technology. If this obvious violence cannot be addressed properly, there is no hope that any such predictive law enforcement will have any meaning whatsoever.
If the police cannot get this situation right after all these years while using the most sophisticated surveillance technology every known, they will never get anything right including a most difficult if not impossible process of predicting human behaviour. The reason is that the personality disorder and demented character of those using this surveillance technology will continue to develop a standard for fabricating false allegations rather than carrying out legitimate investigations by standard procedures according to required policy. What this means is that the serious offenders will not be addressed, and those who will re-offend or offend for the first time will be free to do so. Illusionary law enforcement is worse then no law enforcement at all.

Police target dangerous suspects before they can offend

Criminal profilers are drawing up a list of the 100 most dangerous murderers and rapists of the future even before they commit such crimes, The Times has learnt.
The highly controversial database will be used by police and other agencies to target suspects before they can carry out a serious offence. Pilot projects to identify the highest-risk future offenders have been operating in five London boroughs for the past two months.
The Soham murderer Ian Huntley and the serial rapist Richard Baker have been used as examples of the type of man police will identify.
However, the database will increase concerns at the growth of official surveillance and anxieties that innocent men are being singled out for offences they have no intention of committing.
Experts from the Metropolitan Police’s Homicide Prevention Unit are creating psychological profiles of likely offenders to predict patterns of criminal behaviour. Statements from former partners, information from mental health workers and details of past complaints are being combined to identify the men considered most likely to commit serious violent crimes.

2. It seems that the Prevention of Homicide unit of the Metropolitan Police at New Scotland Yard overlooks the fundamental prevention which involves the lethal use of surveillance technology against me 24/7 for the past eight and 1/4 years carried out with the intent to murder by those with a psychological disturbance who would fall under their research profile pattern.

The tragedies and brutalities of others form the substance of Laura Richards’s professional life. But unlike other police officers, whose job it is to catch the perpetrators of crimes, Ms Richards works to ensure that future criminals never get the chance to commit them.
She is the head of analysis of the Metropolitan Police’s Homicide Prevention Unit, whose task it is to detect crimes before they are committed. If it sounds futuristic, an echo of the Tom Cruise film Minority Report — in which psychics predict murders so that the perpetrators can be arrested first — it isn’t. This is a unit that uses the best psychological and criminological advances to identify the killers of tomorrow from the lesser criminals of today.
Criminal psychology now accepts that crime, violent crime in particular, is preventable. The warning signs are there. The man who beats up his wife is not just a violent husband but a killer in the making. His violence may not be restricted to within his own four walls but could affect the wider community. The man who indecently exposes himself to women may be the rapist of tomorrow. The man who commits minor sexual assaults may well move on to crimes of a far more serious nature.
The theory that drives Ms Richards is the knowledge that murders are preventable. What you have to do, she says, is learn to read the warning signs.
She and her team of analysts, who work within the newly formed Violent Crime Directorate, are building up psychological profiles of likely offenders in order to map out patterns of criminal behaviour.
They gather complaints about an individual from former partners, mental health workers or sex workers and file them as a single source, using the information to identify who is most likely to graduate from lesser offences to serious violent crime.
The aim is twofold: the intelligence can be used by police investigating a crime that has already taken place. But, more controversially, Ms Richards hopes that it will help to identify murderers in the making and allow police or support agencies to intervene — for example through monitoring, social services or mental-health referrals — before a crime is committed.

When I was asked to provide an offender profile for an investigation into a series of rapes and murders around London in 1985, I reasoned that a man who attacked women whom he did not know was likely to have been violent towards women he did know. His violence would be caused by his psychology, not a desire to target strangers.

Re Authorisation for 24/7 Surveillance Technology Driven Torture
Former US Marine and agent provocateur Lt Harry Bird has just used your name once again as the authority for his abuse of power with surveillance technology carrying out 24/7 torture interrogation, incarceration, surreptitious medication, surveillance R&D and medical experimentation.
I noted today that you described your lessons in politics as having provided you with the perspective that some things are really, really important and others are really, really not very important.
Since this has been going on for eight and 1/4 years 24/7 with your full knowledge, you must think that this is something that is really, really not very important.
I also want to bring this to your attention in light of the assassination of Mr Alexander Litvinenko by means of Polonium 210 radiation poisoning which took place over a period of three weeks of a cruel and painful death.
Those carrying out the lethal use of the surveillance technology supplied by these agents of a foreign power in the UK against me are doing the same thing, but the radiation is down the spectrum in a range were it has taken over eight years so far to bring about a slow and painful death which has not occurred.
In the meantime I’ve suffered grievous bodily harm but not the mental breakdown they seek to induce.
