OBJECTIVE

HOLISTIC AND NATURAL HEALTH

Web Journal Tuesday 21st November 2006

Here are two examples of tenant management's deliberate disregard of tenant safety and health which occurred today and continued to occur despite my Email notification of these serious problems one of which constituted an immediate threat to the safety of the tenants.

1. The entrance to the Estate was completely blocked when I returned about 1115 this morning carrying two large, heavy bags. It was impossible for me to walk onto the Estate due to a truck completely blocking the entrance where it remained for several hours despite my immediate notification by Email of this threat to tenant safety. Quick emergency access to the Estate was blocked putting tenant lives at risk. This was not just an unloading process of a few minutes, but one where the trailer below my window was filled with leaves while the truck remained there for hours attached to the trailer. I cannot believe that this occurred in the first place and am stunned that it was allowed to continue after I sent two Emails about it (see below).

2. The problems with the Orange Bag recycle programme is the overfilling of the bins which are left open for vermin to feed and the elements to soak them as occurred Sunday night. There are signs around in very large letters over the entrance at the front door threatening prosecution for anyone caught feeding the feral pigeons. Yet, here is tenant management feeding them and keeping them around while they scrouge for food as I happened to photograph one of them on my balcony railing while filming the overfilled recycle Blue Bin with its top wide open outside. I have video clips of large vermin rummaging in these recycle Blue Bins and this does not reveal what the smaller vermin do.

3. The real problem in all of this reflecting on tenant management is the fact that I am subjected to continuing intense 24/7 abuse by those using the surveillance technology who carried out this today at an accelerated level while I was collecting this evidence, sending the Emails and preparing this web journal entry. The whole point in all of this is that they are doing tenant management a favour by trying to stop me from bringing to the attention of those responsible these problems which need to be addressed. Thus, tenant management has a beneficial interest in maintaining this standard of anti-social and criminal activity against me to help preserve its image. It's recent three-star rating is a cruel joke and based upon fraud and criminal activity intended to suppress those like me who would report these most serious problems.

I am being targeted exclusively for suppressive reasons while fabrications are generated with the use of surveillance technology to sustain substandard housing along with anti-social and criminal behaviour. The problems reported here on not addressed by those using the surveillance technology and the opposite occurs when I do try to address them for the safety and health of all concerned.

Recyclables Blue Bin Overstuffed & Tipping Tue 21.11.2006

Recycle Blue Bins today at 1119. The events leading up to this situation are as follows:

Sunday 19.11.2006 Tipped Rubbish by Recycle Blue Bins There already is a rubbish tipping problem here as can be seen with the white bags on the ground on the other side of the end of the recycle Blue Bins. The trouser legs of one of those bringing back an emptied recycle Blue Bin can be seen on the right as they emptied all but one of these recycle Blue Bins here on Sunday morning, 19th November 2006, at about 0900.
Sunday 19.l1.2006 Open Bin on Left Facing Wall Not Emptied On Sunday morning, 19th November 2006, there was one recycle Blue Bin which was not emptied. It was overfilled with its lid open but was facing the wall. This can be seen on the left behind another recycle Blue Bin. The picture is not that clear due to the fact that the sun was shining on the window glass while I was filming this video clip, but it is still notable and is quite obvious in the full video. I do not know why this was not emptied along with the others.
Monday 20.11.2006 Open Bin on Left Facing Wall With Lid Back The following day, Monday, 20th November 2006, I noted that this recycle Blue Bin's lid was open and thrown back revealing its overloaded contents. There had been a storm all night the previous night with high winds and heavy rain. Evidently, the wind opened this lid all the way because it was propped half way open and most likely it was filled with water from the heavy rain soaking all the bags inside. This recycle Blue should have been properly closed and locked at the very least and not overloaded.
Monday 20.11.2006 Pigeon Departs Balcony Railing While I Film Its Recycle Blue Bin Feeding Trough It just so happened that while I was filming the recycle Blue Bin out front on Monday, 20th November 2006, at 1251, this pigeon flew onto my balcony railing. Just after I turned to it and started filming at 1251, it flew away and the first frame is of its departure.
Tuesday 21.11.2006 Open Bin on Left After Photographed With Still Camera Outside After I took the above still photograph outside while returning home this morning, I also made a video film clip of the overfilled and open recycle Blue Bin as it appeared from my flat today at 1122 just after walking in the door to show how it looked today as compared to yesterday and the still photograph outside.

Leaf Pickup Completely Blocks Estate Access 21.11.2006

The narrow entrance to the Estate under my kitchen window was completely blocked when I returned about 1115 this morning. This is a photograph just part of the leaf picking up activity at 1210 about an hour later after I had sent an Email to tenant management. The truck to the right it out of the picture. It was completely blocking the entrance to the Estate which made it impossible for me to enter the Estate here, and I had to walk down Whitchurch Road (there is no pavement on this side) to a point where I could enter which was near the recycle Blue Bins. That's when I took that still photo at 1118. I sent the following Email immediately after my return:

Leaf Tractor Dumper Dumps This tractor with leaf accumulator is dumping its load on the trailer below my kitchen window leaving a solid stream of leaves on the ground too. The trailer is attached to the truck which remains in the narrow entrance out of sight to the right virtually blocking almost all access. This started about 1115 when I arrived. I did not photograph this outside because I did not think anyone would be this stupid to block an emergency access entrance like this. This part of the video was filmed about 1254 an hour and a half later after my arrival which was followed by sending the two Emails below. I continued this filming when there were no results.
Pram Over the Fence 01 One of the two guys doing this work has to stop and help women put their prams over the fence since there is not enough room to go past the truck blocking the entrance out of sight to the right. This person is exiting the Estate with her child in a pram. This occurred at about 1321 some two hours after I noted it starting when I arrived and couldn't use this entrance.
Pram Over the Fence 02 This is a second woman in this short space of time who was coming back onto the Estate after shopping with a friend. Again, the guy working on the leaves had to stop and lift the pram over the fence for her. This was about 1322. I filmed this in just a couple minutes. I do not know what went on during the several hours this blockage was in place.
Person Over the Fence In fact, it was so tight getting by on the side of the truck that some people who had nothing to carry climbed the fence anyway. This occurred about 1324. This is a completely senseless thing to do in every respect. They cannot keep working at their job without being interrupted, and it constutes a serious threat to the safety of the tenants in the event of an emergency.
Unhitched Trailer From Truck Finally, at about 1348 these two guys removed the trailer from the truck and after this snapshot from the video pushed the truck away. I saw the one in white removing this trailer by pulling it out by hand at about 1600 but was unable to get a photograph of him doing this. He could have done this earlier. but it had remained in the entrance obstructing any emergency access for another two hours.

Dear Mr Donnelly

The attached photo [see first large photo above] shows the problem with the recycle Blue Bins which I noted yesterday morning as well.

I was forced out into Whitchurch Road just now because the entrance to the Estate was completely blocked by a truck with trailer which had just off-loaded a large tractor that was then used for what appeared to be leaf picking up out front.

Because I had to walk down Whitchurh Road incurring a safety hazard while walking in the street and was forced to come onto the Estate by the recycle Blue Bins I took this photo.

There was no effort to move the truck and trailer all the while I was doing this up to the time I entered the building. The tractor continued to work outside with the truck left blocking the entrance completely.

This is a terrible thing to do to residents. I was carry two heavily filled large bags, and there was no way I could walk past either side of this truck. Without the bags it would have been a tight squeeze as I could see from the driver having a difficult time walking out.

This is more ongoing disrespect of the residents, and it comes from those who should never do this That recycle Blue Bin should have been taken care of yesterday, and those doing work should never under any circumstances completely block access entrances to the Estate.

Where is the Estate inspector? He should be checking out these obvious conditions daily. Whose paying his salary?

Yours sincerely

Gary D Chance

Dear Mr Donnelly

What happens if there is an emergency of any kind where quick access is required in a matter of life or death where seconds are critically important when the entrance to the Estate is blocked like this? [Second large photo above attached]

This is unconscionable. This has been going on for the better part of an hour so far. I have never seen this happen before.

And, I am getting nonstop abuse from those carrying out surveillance activity while I address this critically important problem. I'm abused continuously 24/7 for nothing more than reporting problems, while those who do the abuse seek to maintain an antisocial and criminal environment which threatens everyone. On top of it all this is Anti-Bullying Week in the UK.

There is plenty of room to park this truck and trailer without jamming the entrance entirely for an extended period of time.

Yours sincerely

Gary D Chance
