MPs out of touch on crime - Blair

The prime minister was responding to criticism from the paper

The prime minister has accused some MPs of all parties of being out of touch with voters on law and order.

Tony Blair told the Observer he wanted to "harry, hassle and hound" criminals into giving up - or leaving Britain.

He added he would like to widen police powers to seize assets from suspected drug dealers, and to restrict people suspected of organised crime.

Tony Blair launches an unprecedented assault today on the legal and political establishment, accusing it of being 'out of touch' with the people - and pledges new moves to 'hassle, harry and hound' suspected criminals from Britain.

In a passionate public exchange of emails with Observer columnist Henry Porter, the Prime Minister vigorously defends his stance on civil liberties and sketches out a new faultline in British politics over individual freedoms, crossing the traditional divide between right and left.

After I read the above articles, I sent the Email below. The actual debate while necessary detracts from what Tony Blair is allowing to be carried out in this country which is far beyond anyone's imagination, and, thus, he is getting away with it so far. The point is to destroy dissent and reporting the truth which will be rolled out nationwide at some point unless protective measures are legislatively taken providing a means to redress grievances. The government both central and local and those in its various departments cannot be trusted to obey the current legal standards which have been abused in the extreme 24/7 during almost eight years in my direct experience. As I have experienced it, there is no democratic rule of law, law enforcement and judicial system. I do suggest, however, that it is better to learn now rather than the hard way. He's botched so many areas that he's now desperate for control in the extreme using his typical fear tactics and false characterisations to support his crusade for control which he exhibited when first taking power nine years ago. He can't do the job properly and opts for image management to pretend that all is going splendidly when it's a disaster in reality. Such is the nature of the schizoid personality in politics. He is destroying the NHS. He has destroyed Iraq and unleashed terrorism worldwide on a grand scale putting this country at grave risk with actual bombings which went totally undetected in advance by the security services. He has been so desperate to raise money for the Labour Party and his academy schools that he resorted to selling peerages for funds. The ultimate irony becomes his policy to bring in major casinos at a time when he is declaring this assault on organised crime. The casinos are the way organised crime will get a foothold which will never be eradicated. All of the extremely important aspects of organised crime which SOCA is supposed to address will grow, become entrenched and an integral part of British life. Prostitution by extreme abuse of women, drugs, money laundering and huge payoffs to local and central government politicians and civil servants will become the standard in a casino culture. SOCA itself will become infected with this corruption. This is inevitable given Tony Blair's casino policy. My experience demonstrates that these abusive and repressive measures he claims are to be directed against organised crime are actually used against the honest and decent people like myself who report these problems so that they can be properly addressed. This cannot be done. The people on the ground doing the actual work behave quite differently. The government at all levels and across departments supports the criminals. Instead of solving the serious problems, the person who reports the problems becomes the target of the surveillance abuse to silence and eliminate him/her. This creates work for the incompetent and those who have no ability to solve problems properly. It's illusionary activity which creates a false sense of security until more terrorist attacks occur and organised crime flourishes throughout Britain. Those who allow anyone to fake it in these circumstances deserve the greatest condemnation and censure possible to prevent such abuses from destroying Britain. Tony Blair himself wants to fake it so that he can appear to be effective. Look at what he did with WMD and Saddam Hussein. He's now doing the same thing domestically. All of the protections against abuses in a democratic society which were developed over many, many centuris will be cast aside resulting in those abuses re-emerging. The character of the human race has not changed, but the technology has. The ability to abuse in the extreme and go undetected now exists. Without legal protection the abuse syndrome will just recur since the democratic learning process will regress to its own infantilism. It will be as if we have learned nothing from history and its abuses. Tony Blair has set the standard for fabrication which is emulated throughout government down to the lowest level. He has removed the process of redressing grievances and seeks to disable anyone who documents and communicates the truth. This has been a policy by this government throughout its tenure. It has been run domestically simultaneous with the same fabrication and image management that has accompanied the unravelling of events surrounding Iraq. The war which was started in Iraq is now being undertaken domestically. It is a war against the population of the UK by this government to maintain power at all costs which entails faking it in order to make it. I have experienced this directly for the better part of eight years 24/7 involving scores if not hundreds of people from numerous sources seeking to look like they are really doing something by faking it because they do not have the ability to accomplish anything based upon ability. The laws which have been instituted by this government are subject to abuse. This gives those who have no ability to do a proper job an opportunity to fake it by destroying the rights of victim. It elevates to a position of power those who would otherwise not succeed in any meaningful way. This is Tony Blair's real legacy. I've seen and experienced it first hand for almost eight years. When surveillance technology is brought into the community and placed into the hands of the local residents and many other people from the general public, this establishes a standard of unlawful and criminal activity. There is no where in this world in any legitimate society where surveillance has been carried out against an individual for seven years and eight months 24/7 with the intention to fabricate to destroy human activity and life itself while not even maintaining a pretense of investigation. This can be seen in the deliberate disregard and disrespect which exists by those bullies in this environment who maintain control and domination with the use of the surveillance technology and all the toads who follow along with them. It creates the illusion that tenant management is doing something significant and meaningful which in reality is exactly the opposite. This standard is emulated by everyone of all ages which leads to the antisocial and criminal behaviour I document and report. This is increasing and getting worse. I do not include the information turned over to the police in this web journal because that would interfere with their investigation and would not be appropriate. I particularly lay a large measure of full responsibility for all that is happening on tenant management and those who allow this extreme life destructive abuse of surveillance technology to continue against me. Corruption like this is nothing new. It surfaces over and over in many situations where it is least expected. Tenant management in the Royal Borough is a failed endeavour. Corruption flourishes in areas where people can get away with it by claiming that they are clean and above suspicion. The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is one such Council where this corruption is rife as was indicated by the letter I received yesterday from the TMO Company Secretary to which I replied at length in this web journal yesterday. This was prime evidence of such corruption. When such corruption exists, it is by its very nature widespread because large numbers of people think that they are above the law and entitled to do anything they want believing that by being above the law they can get away with unlawful and criminal activity. This is how standards of the democratic rule of law are destroyed, and it turns up in everything because everyone things s/he can do whatever s/he wants with impunity especially against a selected scapegoat like me. Tenant management has created vigilante mob rule, but this has come from central government and numerous departments of government who all share accountability and responsibility.
