I spent today reviewing the diary/log for 24 hours from Friday morning, 27th July 2001 to the morning of 28th July 2001 and put it on the web journal. This was an important day which embodied the elements of torture as recently defined by the US Secretary of State on her trip to Europe. It also reflects the definition from proposed legislation in the US Congress. The diary/log is quite explicit reflecting what is done to me. I am just documenting and reporting it. However, it is the intention of those carrying out the torture to attack every aspect of human activity in such a manner as to put the target in an impossible position with regard to reporting what is going on. This is done to be able to attack the target in order to discredit what is being described by means of alleging mental illness which surfaces continuously as can be seen in the diary/log. I document this torture abuse against everything I did during my daily activity in order to show explicitly that all human activity is attacked in such a manner as to try to be as off putting as possible to anyone who reads the report. The abuse is highly repetitious which is intended to be as provocative as possible. In this case it is carried out by a gang of people under the supervision and instigation of those in responsible positions of authority who were present. The target is put into a position of damned if s/he does and damned if s/he doesn't. The hope of those carrying out the torture activity using the totally invasive surveillance technology as a weapon is that the target will be afraid to reprot what is being done out of fear of what people might think. However, if the target does document and report precisely what is happening as I do,there results vicious attacks against the target involving false mental health allegations to further undermine and discredit the target. The whole purpose of this is to undermine the target by whatever means possbile in order to break down the human being. All that is happening is part of an experimental programme intended to research the methods for doing so while collecting data on all that happens including the character and response of the target along with the efficacy of the torture activity. Eventually the objective is to be able to assess all personality character types in order to be able to draw upon a suitable set of torture activities which will break down anyone rapidly. Attacking a human being sexually is a key method for doing this. The humiliation and degrading treatment which is depicted here is the same kind of sexual humiliaton which emerged in the photographs from Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq and reports from Guantanamo Bay with regard to cruel, inhumane and degrading treatment. The difference is that this is administered by electromagnetic radiation and a public crowd continuously around the clock including sleep deprivation. I got 4.5 hours of sleep this night in three segments. The other difference is that this took place before 9/11 reflecting the policy of the US and UK governments which was in existence and being carried out before that horrendous terrorist attack. Al representations by these governments that such policies were developed after 9/11 are false. The whole point is to break down the human being by destroying the target. This started with me in August 1998 and is still going on today. I've also included another bit from my daily excursion to a local Internet shop on Kensington High Street which provides more fabricated allegations about why this torture interrogation is being carried out 24/7. Multiple false allegations of a horrendous kind are made continuously in order to cause as much cruel, inhumane and degrading treatment as possible to completely undermine and destroy the target. These false allegations are also used as a basis for sustaining the surveillance torture interrogation destroying all human rights. The point for these people is to be able work completely outside the democratic rule of law, law enforcement and the legal justice system hopefully by creating mental illness so that the target can be incarcerated by that means without going through the legal justice system where legal, civil and human rights are protected. In many cases this works quite promptly. In my situation since I know better and am totally innocent of any and all allegations, it has failed for well over seven years despite all efforts which match this particular day in intensity and effort to undermine and destroy. There has never been a minutes respite from this torture since August 1998. If is my intention to explore in this journal all that has been done to provide full information about the current state-of-the-art of the technology and torture methods being used by the Portable Concentration Camp which imprisons and tortures a person wherever s/he might be located.
