1. There was thumping music from below which woke me along with the surveillance technology vigilante mobsters verbal activity at about 0330 this morning which continued for at least the next 45 minutes until about 0418. This came on top of the extraordinarily thumping bass music blasting away for an hour and half from about 1700 to 1830 yesterday evening that was extensively described in yesterday's web journal.
Now this morning after having been kept awake in the middle of the night by this thumping bass music from the flat below, it starts once again 0925 just as I prepared to begin today's web journal entry. BS is making verbal noises with the use of the surveillance technology coming from the kitchen window direction as occurs continuously and did so throughout last night. The thumping bass music from below ended about 1300 after some 3.5 hours when I finished the transcription of last night's diary/log provided below.
I believe that these people are whacked out on drugs which creates this extreme antisocial behaviour in such a manner. Proof for me of this is the fact of my smelling cannabis smoke for two days straight on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day coming from the flat below. I reported this to the police on Christmas Day night. It was so bad that it actually caused extreme throat irritation.
This is all part of extreme disturbances and apparent fights which occur in the flat below while those using the surveillance technology make every effort to support and protect them evidently helping to coordinate the abuse from these nuisances which occur around the clock from the flat below.

This is the one two punch they deliver continuously to smokescreen the truth and cause people to look at me rather than at them.
Thu May 24 09:43:19 BST 2007: The thumping bass music comes back on as I finished the above entry. Overall, it looks very much like a continuous set up. This is no different from what has been happening for eight and three-quarter years with the use of the surveillance technology. After last night's antisocial behaviour from the thumping bass music in the middle of the night for at least an hour, they attacked viciously and continuously to focus attention falsely on me rather than on the real problem which is them and the antisocial behaviour.
It also serves to keep me from getting other important things done. The point is to destroy human activity and life itself which they are knowingly allowed to carry out because it serves the interest of everyone involved by protecting themselves from civil and criminal prosecution under the law.

Are they trying to experiment with levels of sound that they can get away with? In the middle of the night it doesn't matter since it is all the more disturbing during that completely quiet period.

Thu May 24 10:28:38 BST 2007: The thumping bass music continues from below for an hour although low more recently. This does not matter in the context of its overall and continuous abuse. If I wanted to rest and sleep to make up for the sleep deprivation caused by its disturbance in the middle of the night as described above, I could not do so.

It is quite obvious when on and when off since it disrupts and disturbs. I've got the headsets on and am transcribing last nights sleep disturbances and deprivation activity which should block out some normal sound, but like the surveillance technology sound this is not normal.

Thu May 24 15:07:19 BST 2007: The bass music noise starts again a moment ago from below. It appears as though whoever is doing this took a two hour lunch break and has returned to carry on with the noise nuisance activity agains the background of last evenings (1700 to 1830), early this morning (0331 to 0418 at least) and this morning (0925 to about 1300). This is tantamount to Chinese water torture and is used to the delight of those using the surveillance technology to carry out similar torture activity hoping to destroy life.
This activity within this context constitutes attempted murder as is described below given the fact that this chronic sleep deprivation inducement has been going on for eight and three quarter years since August 1998. All of this activity has been deliberate. Son of BS said recently in public to another child in the Walkway in conjunction with why this excessive music noise nuisance was being done replied "We're trying to get rid of him" or some variation of words on that them. I made notes of it when he made this statement in the Walkway near my front door. This has certainly been true about the past 24 hours.

2. Last night's sleep deprivation caused directly from outside sources was incredible:
- First: there was the verbal abuse from those using the surveillance technology along with a solid stomp on the floor after a period when they apparently thought I was asleep.
- Second: when I did get to sleep, I was woken after about 40 minutes by surveillance technology abuse.
- Third: this was followed by about two hours of sleep which was ended by the thumping bass music from below and the surveillance technology abusers chattering away. I logged almost about 45 minutes of this continuing abuse.
- Finally: there were only short sleep segments after that totaling seven.
After I got back to sleep following the thumping music from below, I got seven short sleep segments as I was woken by the abuse from the surveillance technology. These totalled some two hours and 50 minutes of sleep. This is an incredible sequence of sleep disturbances made continuously during this period of about three hours. It's amazing that I got any sleep at all, but each time when woken I went back to sleep. What might look like five and one-half hours sleep for the night was much less than that in terms of beneficial sleep as the diary/log below will reveal along with my comments about all that was happening.

We'll remember that one forever. Got another Email going to the Police Commissioner., I was going to do it earlier tonight but glad I waited for these comments. Right.

Now, they're going to keep me awake for a long time with this chatter. Watch what happens. I fell asleep shortly before midnight for about ten minutes or so sitting in the chair. So, I was tired, and I just went to bed. Look what's happening. This is why I usually wait until two o'clock in the morning to go to sleep.

[My right eye has been more damaged than my left although it was previously the better of the two eyes by the use of the surveillance technology because I slept more on my left side with my right eye exposed to the electromagnetic radiation from the radar imagining device used on the floor over me in the flat above. I am playing on Lt Harry Bird's oft repeated allegation that I am a homosexual here by way of mocking him and his activity. A sense of humour is essential for survival of the surveillance technology torture carried out 24/7 for almost nine years now. He seeks every means possible to probe for vulnerabilities which he can then exploit. He's complained in the past that there are none.]

There is a whole set of procedures and body of laws which need to be respected, and that is not being done at all. "This is a great country," said one of the surveillance vigilante mobsters a moment ago. It's great if you are on the other side of the surveillance technology: the sadistic, tyrannical abuse side. Senior judges have refused to back government plans to set up the new Ministry of Justice, in a row which has a history.

Rows of this magnitude between the judges and government do not usually emerge from a clear blue sky.
And this one is no exception.
The storm clouds began to form in 2003 when, as part of a ministerial re-shuffle, it was announced that the ancient post of Lord Chancellor was being abolished.
The then Lord Chief Justice, Lord Woolf, was quick to express his dismay that a move of such constitutional significance had been taken without any consultation.
For the judiciary, the office of Lord Chancellor provided a dual role. It was a guarantee of their independence from both parliament and executive.
And it gave the judges an influential voice in Cabinet at a time when justice has become increasingly politicised.

4. Hidden British Bigotry flourishes. When it is aired on TV like this Big Brother incident, the righteous come of of the closet for a moment. Where it really counts, however, is in the areas where the government functions. As can be seen above, the hatred and bigotry abounds in this environment from those using the surveillance technology while they seek to find some vulnerability to exploit.
That's what was happening on Big Brother when Jay Goody was attacking Shilpa Shetty with Jay Goody's "friends" Danielle Lloyd and Jo O'Meara smiling in sadistic approval as they enjoyed being part of the bully gang while the abuse was being meted out. This was a situation where there was an attempt to gang up on Shilpa Shetty, but it failed. Now Channel 4 has to apologise thrice and all will be well. Hardly.
I get it continuously 24/7 and have been for all these almost nine years. It never stops and those present make no effort to stop this massive hate crime. This is the reality of British Bigotry for which the UK is known throughout the world. Jack Straw, currently this government's Leader in the House of Commons, was quoted as saying about this situation that Channel 4 must think about the image of this country.
This country's image is shot to pieces by the likes of Jack Straw in letting this activity continue while he was Home Secretary and then Foreign Secretary. He speaks the right words in public in this situation, but where was he during the eight years he occupied these two previous exalted positions? His legacy is that Britain is known for having the biggest bigots in the world. Congratulations Jack. Concentrating on image management has paid great dividends for the bigots of this world from the UK. They all flock here.
The supreme irony of this situation is the fact that British bigotry came out so brilliantly in the Big Brother house which is "entertainment surveillance." The same thing happens to me constantly in the reality of Big Brother from the state itself. That's where the truth rests: the dark side of the human character emerges in the surveillance context where Big Brother is its essence. Big Brother is the ultimate bigot. Somehow the expectation is that the best will emerge, i.e., the truth, from reality TV, but in fact it's the worst, i.e., faking it to destroy which emerges.
Well, maybe the truth did emerge, only no one wants to admit it.

Big Brother rapped over race row

Media regulator Ofcom has ruled that Celebrity Big Brother breached its code of conduct over the race row which dogged the series in January.
The watchdog found that Channel 4 made "serious editorial misjudgements" in its handling of the incidents involving Indian actress Shilpa Shetty.
Channel 4 has been ordered to broadcast a summary of Ofcom's findings at the start of series eight next week.
The channel apologised again and said it accepted Ofcom's ruling.
The show's creator, Endemol, said it also accepted Ofcom's findings and "sincerely regretted the level of offence caused by events in this series".
"We are grateful to Ofcom for recognising that the events of this series were in no way engineered or manufactured," the company added in a statement.
This year's celebrity version attracted a record 45,000 complaints to Ofcom.

5. If using drugs as a weapon is unsafe, why have I been subjected to surreptitious medication for many, many years with the intention to debilitate and incapacitate? They have no more idea about what they are doing than the completely ignorant which they really are. All of this is carried out on a trial and error basis. There is no dosage control and no idea about what will happen. This is medical research run amok tantamount to what the Nazi's did in the concentration camps during WWII.
If it is not strong enough, then the dosage is increased. Lt Harry Bird has indicated that medication has been sent "back to the laboratory" for higher/better dosages with increased effect. Presumably, this will go on until I am killed, then they will know that they have gone too far in my individual situation. It will have no meaning for any other usage. This is truly science and medicine gone insane in the hands of the maniacs who are set upon killing to coverup their crimes. I wonder why the British Medical Association (BMA) is clueless and prefers to remain so about this most grievous abuse of the practise of medicine and medical research that could possibly exist? "I don't care where he goes as long as he's drugged," said Paul Winston, most likely a Metropolitan Police Special Branch officer, aka Tulip. How is it possible to use any medication against me without my consent outside a hospital? Laws do not mean anything to these people. This has been going on for many, many years at the whim of those who are vigilante mobsters using the surveillance technology. "He's not drugged," screamed the Sister of BS one day. Immediately afterwards I was hit hard by surreptitious medication which was quite obvious to me and impacted my activity.
These are the people who are the viciously violent bigots who want to destroy human activity and life and get others to surreptitiously medicate me by their screaming and hollering false allegations and continuous abuse. There is no justification for any of this activity being carried out against me. It is used nightly to, in effect, "tie me down" while engaging in the torture abuse from the surveillance technology. On occasion last night as I was woken at frequent intervals, I felt completely wiped out by medication and could not move initially, yet I was being woken by the excessive abuse from the surveillance technology. This accounted for some of the screaming from BS as noted above.

UK doctors fear public safety could be compromised by the growing interest of world governments in using drugs for law enforcement.
A report by the British Medical Association points to the example of the Moscow theatre siege of October 2002 where over 120 hostages died.
The Russian authorities had used a drug delivered through the air-conditioning system to end the siege.
Medics argue the innocent are inevitably harmed alongside criminals.
Indiscriminate
It is impossible to deliver the right drug in the right dose to the right individuals in a way that is both effective and does not cause significant deaths, the BMA's Board of Science concludes.

6. So what's new? Home Secretary John Reid indicates that he may opt out of human rights law. I want to know when any Labour Home Secretary, the Home Office and this government have ever observed human rights law? I have been imprisoned with surveillance technology for many years 24/7. Every article in the human rights law has been breached except one in my situation. There is no effort at all to maintain the standards relating to human rights.
Despite an extraordinary amount of communication from me, this has never been changed. Those with power abuse it in the extreme as I have described above in just one sample of such continuous, nonstop abuse. Instead, I've been blamed for what is being done to me. This is classic bullying violence where the victim is blamed. The Home Office, Home Secretary and this government have got to come clean and admit that they have been using this surveillance technology for many years against me, and that it will serve the purpose for which control orders were intended. Then the breaches of the Human Rights Act can be properly addressed.
Unless the Home Secretary, the Home Office and this government honestly report what it has been doing for all these years, there can never be any trust or confidence in this government at all.

Control orders flawed, says Reid

John Reid has said control orders are "far from the best option" to tackle terrorism, saying they could not stop determined suspects absconding.
The home secretary was facing MPs in Parliament after three men suspected of wanting to kill UK troops disappeared.
Mr Reid blamed political opponents and judges for stopping the use of tougher measures against terror suspects, and promised new measures within weeks.
The Tories accused Mr Reid of failing in his duty to protect the public.
But Mr Reid said that when he outlines new anti-terror measures he hoped there would be "less party politics" and more concern "for national security".

He added that, if the government failed to overturn previous court judgements on control orders, they would "consider other options - including derogation".
This could mean effectively opting out of some aspects of European human rights laws, which have limited the scope of control orders.
