I have my doubts about the ability of this Government to address the problem of social exclusion since it has carried out a policy of social exclusion in my direct experience.Surveillance technology has been used against me 24/7 for 7.5 years with the objective to isolate and alienate. This has been in the hands of the local people.This is carried out by these local criminal bullies using the surveillance technology based upon false allegations for my having reported crimes and antisocial behaviour against these bullies. The surveillance technology is used to fabricate and sustain false allegations which are broadcast publicly throughout this environment. The result has been an increase in antisocial and criminal behaviour including the use of the surveillance technology resulting in the creation of this behaviour as the standard in this environment instead of a socially desirable standard based upon the actions of decent people.This is a result of local level "empowerment" coming directly from Tony Blair and others in this Government because there is no means to address the abuse of the power granted to the local level resulting from such "empowerment." This Government continues to create an image of doing something for its "Legacy" rather than actually tackling the very serious problems.What happens is that the criminal bully attacks the person like me who reports the problems, and the Government through local "empowerment" supports this which results in the social exclusion of all decent people who are afraid of doing anything out of fear of being treated like me. The Government has created a mess and now acts to create another level of Government to deal with its own problem by glossing over reality with an illusion of blaming the victim. Social exclusion would not occur if the Government actually got the problems correct and solved them properly, but that is not happening. It's just getting worse by Government denial of reality.If this Government were sincerely interested in human, civil and legal rights, there would be a means to redress all grievances, but this Government has stripped this ability out of the system to protect its image.Society just gets worse and worse. The "Legacy" of this Government is going to be social problems which will persist for decades because they are so entrenched.It will take generations to undo what Tony Blair has done. All that anyone has to do is look at what he has done himself, e.g., Iraq, to see the standard of dishonesty being set which permeates the society now from those in Government itself. Nothing could be worse than this.This is the true legacy of this Labour Government under Tony Blair because no one has stopped it after 7.5 years with the surveillance technology abuse continuing as of this writing.
