Late last night about the time the 1966 film Performance with James Fox and Mick Jagger was being screened on BBC Two, Lt Harry Bird was pleading for a "Second Chance" claiming that what had happened was a "Mistake." Then a male whom I believe might have been Metropolitan Police Special Branch Officer Paul Winston said in a threatening tone: "Next time!" He was evidently letting him off the hook while threatening him with some form of punishment "next time."

This made me laugh and mock this "Second Chance" request based upon a "Mistake" as a joke of long standing. It was also part of an all day "Performance" carried out by those using the surveillance technology evolving around the false allegations and deliberate unlawful and criminal harassment against me which I had exposed once again while being able to provide conclusive evidence of these crimes during the past week on Monday and Tuesday and again on Saturday.

As happens in this world, news reports this morning about a former KGB officer being poisoned in London brought back reference to Lt Harry Bird's earlier exploits including extensive unlawful and criminal dirty tricks involving poisoning carried out against me. This made last night's reprieve based upon a claim of a "mistake" all the more ludicrous. Forget about the Cold War and all those dirty tricks from those "evil" guys at the KGB and other intelligence agencies, the West is just as bad today carrying out the same thing against me.

I am critical of Bush, Blair, etc and reserve the right to speak the truth. These people are trying to deny my that right to freedom of thought and expression. Alexander Litvinenko was critical of Putin, and the media goes wild over his poisoning. When I am critical of western policy, the UK government and local government based upon my direct experience, allegations are trumped up to provide a false foundation to carry out these extreme measures against me which still go on. Most certainly the law is not being enforced by the police who are direct participants in this criminal activity against me. The media remains asleep about the most important destructive behaviour being carried out by the US and UK governments against critical comment. Why is that?

1. I've been poisoned twice by agents of the US government working in conjunction with police, NHS mental health professionals and others in London. Despite extensive communication to the press, no one has reported it like this. Why not? Is there a double standard which permits the attempted murder of someone by US agents in London but is a "no-no" when carried out by agents of another power? I am also an communications intelligence analyst from the height of the Cold War (1961 to 1964) who worked for the USAF Security Service under the operational control of the National Security Agency (NSA). These two incidents of poisoning occurred at the end of March 2001 and the end of February 2002 and happened as follows:

First Poisoning Episode at the End of March 2001

The first such poisoning took place very shortly after Colonel Vine, Lt Harry Bird and others with them arrived in February 2001 to join the surveillance technology 24/7 torture that had been in operation already for two and one-half years since August 1998. They brought their own sophisticated surveillance technology along which was implemented as part of an experiment. They were unsuccessful in stopping me from preparing my legal process and commencing legal activity in the High Court in March 2001 against those who were carrying out the surveillance technology torture 24/7.

The day after my second hearing in-chambers at the High Court which took place on a Thursday at the end of March 2001 I fell very sick with extreme dysentery. On that Friday I had gone to the Supreme Court Law Library located at the Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand to do some research. I was getting ill and had to return home at midday. That afternoon I felt increasingly unwell and lay down. This was accompanied by extreme abuse from a large group of people outside my front window involving all the known players including those against whom I had taken legal action along with some more. They made references to the court proceedings which where underway while they took turns photographing me as I lay on my bed.

Later that Friday evening an extreme form of dysentery hit me which went on for days. I could not shake it and went to the St Mary's Emergency Room the following Tuesday morning where I was examined and provided with some advice which brought about a cessation of the intense and recurring dysentery. I did not begin to fully recover until the end of the week and had lost a week of processing with regard to my legal proceedings at the High Court.

Water Supply Rerouted, Sewage Sampling and Ongoing Public Verbal Abuse

I was subjected to constant abuse from those using the surveillance technology during this period of dysentery. This consisted of false allegations made against me nonstop. These were sometimes shouted out publicly from the flat below through an open door into the public Walkway outside. My cold water supply had been shifted to a water tank in the flat below. At one point a male said that my dysentery was the result of "dog shit" which had been put into my water supply.

Sewage water sampling was also carried out from the flat below. This often caused the pipes to block with water from the kitchen backing up into my bathtub. While they were carrying out this sewage sampling during the period I had dysentery, there were loud comments made about the contents of the bowl which contained the contents from my flushed toilet. Although I had written a letter of complaint to the police in December 1999 when this sewage water sampling was instituted since it posed a threat to my life, it was not stopped. There was no police investigation into this poisoning, and my re-routed cold water from a tank in the flat below continued.

Second Poisoning Episode at the End of February 2002 (Click Here For Full Details)

The second incident about 11 months later at the end of February 2002 contained specific references to my having been poisoned by Lt Harry Bird and Colonel Vine. On a Saturday toward the end of February 2001 when I returned home, I noted the distinct smell of perfume in my flat. It was as if someone had entered wearing perfume and remained long enough to leave an strong smell behind.

When I was later writing about it, Colonel Vine said "Perfume? That's stupid." The meaning I took from this statement at that time was that it was stupid to wear perfume when breaking and entering a flat subjected to surveillance because it left this evidence behind. On another occasion Colonel Vine admitted that he had been inside my flat. On that Saturday, Lt Harry Bird had made mention of "poison," but I ignored it since he was always making some kind of threat which I had learned to ignore during the preceding year's experience. Only this time I believe he turned out to be right.

I did get quite sick that night and the following day. I was knocked out completely. There were further references to poison from those using the surveillance technology. Again, as always, I let things run their normal course. I only seek medical help if it is clearly required. After a couple days this was improving, but I remained weak for the rest of the week. I recall this clearly since I had a ticket to go see Carolyn Hester perform at the 12 Frets Club that Tuesday or Wednesday night. I was too week and still felt too sick to go out during the evening and missed her concert which I regreetted very much. She is one of the icons of folk music having been there as a participant when she along with Tom Paxton and Bob Dylan were starting. She's a fabulous performer and song-writer.

Poisoning Part of Overall Dirty Tricks Campaign

These attacks against me which I took to be clearly poisoning episodes were part of an overall dirty tricks campaign to stop me from doing anything no matter what it was, but the legal processing was something that they needed to stop at all costs. In fact, it still goes on as of this writing. I male said last night "by any means possible" in what I took as instructions to wipe me out since they have failed miserably over all these years. They have even tried to emulate a heart attack and broken bones with their surveillance technology. The first involved a doctor and an ambulance on two consecutive nights while they tried to induce heart pains calling them a heart attack. I knew they were not. On another occasion Lt Harry Bird said to BS "Do you want to have some fun?" He then commenced to simulate a broken rib which he confirmed by the description of what he was doing. An observer outside in another vehicle drove down the road at 0200 ordering him to stop since this was considered to torture. I wonder what he considered the rest of it to be?

They have all kinds of dirty tricks to pull, but they can stop a heart muscle from beating which is the ultimate dirty trick: death. All of this activity took place in the presence of the police and others, but nothing has been done except that one order to stop the "torture." It still goes on in its various hidden forms up to and including today. The point is to eventually kill after they have a sadistic good time in crushing the life of a human being as they did with the High Court legal proceedings where I was seeking protection as provided by the law.

Ex-KGB officer 'poisoned in UK'

Alexander Litvinenko was said to be a critic of Vladimir Putin

UK police are investigating the alleged poisoning of a Russian former security agent and critic of President Vladimir Putin living in exile in Britain.

Alexander Litvinenko, said to be a former colonel in the KGB, told the BBC he fell ill after meeting a contact at a London restaurant earlier this month.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said the alleged victim was in a serious but stable condition in hospital.

The highly-toxic metal thallium was reportedly used in the alleged attack.

It is thought he had been investigating the murder of Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya, who was killed in Moscow last month.

Mr Litvinenko told the BBC last week the contact had approached him and said they should talk, and they arranged to meet in the restaurant bar in London's Piccadilly.

"He gave me some papers which contained some names on it - perhaps names of those who may have been involved in the murder of Anna Politkovskaya, and several hours after the meeting I started to feel sick."

The chemical thallium attacks the nervous system, lungs, heart, liver, and kidneys. Hair loss, vomiting and diarrhoea are symptoms.

Death can occur after exposure to doses as small as one gram.

Friends of Mr Litvinenko say he is now fighting for his life. He has reportedly lost his hair and has difficulty speaking.

Poisoned: spy who quit Russia for Britain

SCOTLAND YARD is investigating a suspected plot to assassinate a former Russian spy in Britain by poisoning him with thallium, the deadly metal.

Aleksander Litvinenko, who defected to Britain six years ago, is fighting for his life in a London hospital. A toxicology test at GuyБ─≥s hospital last Thursday confirmed the presence of the odourless, tasteless poison.

A medical report obtained by The Sunday Times shows that he has three times the maximum limit in his body, a potentially fatal dose. It is as yet unclear how the poison was administered, but on the day he became ill his family say he had a meal with a mysterious Italian contact.

Friends of Litvinenko, a former lieutenant-colonel in RussiaБ─≥s Federal Security Service (FSB), are convinced that he is the victim of a murder attempt by former colleagues. They regard it as similar to the plot in which Georgi Markov, the Bulgarian dissident, was killed in 1978 with a poison-tipped umbrella on Waterloo Bridge in London.

2. Here's some more reporting about a shift from prisons to imprisonment by surveillance technology although the real character of the "pilot project" being carried out on me is not described. Instead, just the standard tagging fare is noted, but this reflects a monumental shift from institutionalised bricks and mortar to monitoring and imprisoning in the community by means of surveillance technology.

Reid and Brown prisons 'split'

John Reid clashed with judges over "unduly lenient" sentences

Home Secretary John Reid's bid to bring in tougher sentencing guidelines has reportedly placed him at odds with Gordon Brown.

A letter leaked to the Sunday Times claims the Treasury is blocking Mr Reid's efforts because it is concerned about extra cost.

The letter says the Treasury is worried about the burden and cost of extra prison places.

Instead it is suggesting more use of electronic tagging and bail.

GORDON BROWN has questioned key parts of John ReidБ─≥s new Б─°get toughБ─² prison sentencing plans, leaked cabinet letters have revealed.

In what may be seen as another demonstration of the rivalry over who takes the lead on crime and security, the chancellor is challenging the cost of the home secretaryБ─≥s proposals.

According to an exchange of confidential letters, the Treasury has asked Reid to cut costs by using more suspended sentences, electronic tagging and bail for offenders rather than create more Б─°inflationaryБ─² pressures on the beleaguered prison and probation services.
