| I support all the efforts to get Alan Johnston released and deplore the fact of his kidnapping and imprisonment in Gaza. The events of the past few days in Gaza are of great concern. However, I want to compare and contrast his imprisonment by terrorists in Gaza with the US/UK government sponsored and run imprisonment, torture interrogation, medical experimentation and lethal use the surveillance technology for R&D purposes. I do not believe that there is any difference except that I have been subjected to torture 24/7 since August 1998 by a large group of local vigilante criminals and imprisoned indefinitely since February 2001 by surveillance technology from which there is no escape. This constitutes almost nine years of 24/7 abuse by these governments, but no one does or says anything about it. Instead, I am abused in the extreme for accurately reporting what is happening by all those involved who want to deny their and other's extensive criminal behaviour including the media who commit the crime of silence. If my experience of the past nine years is any indication (nine years by the way during which this government has been trying to make these changes to the Mental Health Act of 1983), the proposed changes to the Mental Health Act are being made to include abuse and suppression against those who are not liked.

MPs are debating controversial moves to allow mentally ill people in England and Wales to be detained even if they have not committed crimes.
Ministers say the changes, being debated in the Commons over the next two days, balance the need for treatment with public safety.
But critics complain that the measures could result in too many people being locked up unnecessarily.
Ministers have been trying to update mental health legislation since 1998.
After a string of defeats in the House of Lords, the government has given some ground on the bill, which amends the Mental Health Act 1983.
Concessions include giving doctors tight rules over the use of orders to force patients to take medicine and place them under detention if required.
Community treatment orders are designed to ensure that patients receive treatment to prevent the risk of harm to their health or safety, or to protect other people.

The Mental Health Act proposed changes will allow those who are emotionally disturbed with personality disorders to work the system to their advantage against anyone who reports their problems as has happened to me during the past nine years 24/7.
I reported child abuse from a dysfunctional family group with continuous domestic violence, violence outside and violence against children. This in turn resulted in violence against others and other children. They were able to turn everything around to attack me because I reported the real source of the problem and gain surveillance technology usage in order to hide their violence and criminal activity.
They have destroyed the environment and created another generation of violent children from their ongoing child abuse. They also abused the community in the same manner creating children who grew up with antisocial behaviour as an acceptable standard which they are continuing to do today.
These proposed revisions do not address the problem because it cannot be applied properly and is wide open to abuse as I have been experiencing for nine years from the abuse of surveillance technology in the hands of those with personality disorders and violent characters.
Once the damage is done by its misapplication of a Draconian law, those who are trying to abuse the system will have succeeded. This will be a justification for further mob vigilante behaviour that will turn society upside down with those who have the serious problems destroying those who are honest, decent and legitimately trying to address the real source of the problems.
Ghettoes of criminals and antisocial behaviour types will be created as is occurring here that will grow like a malignancy feeding off and destroying the rest of society. This is the direction set by this government which has actually been occurring in this environment, but you, the BBC, have failed to properly investigate and report all that has been happening during all these years.
The mental health laws as they exist today are too extreme as it is and are abused as I have experienced. This merely institutionalises that abuse with the actual result described above. Those who abuse the word "democracy" are manipulating others for cooperation while actually carrying out tyrannical behaviour. The extreme of this can be seen today in Hamas' actions in Gaza.
Once again this is pandering to the criminal and antisocial mob for votes. For example, in this environment where antisocial and criminal behaviour have become the standards, these people control and dominate. They have become the larger number as a result of the past nine years failure from government with its three Labour councillors and Labour MP who seek votes by pandering to those who carry out antisocial and criminal behaviour.
The councillors have participated directly in this surveillance activity, and I believe the MP has also. This is another reason for the MPs to seek an exemption from the Freedom of Information Act.
The real failure has been with; the media who has failed to report the reality of what has been occurring here for so many years.

2. Kudos to the police Child Exploitation and Online Protection centre (CEOP) unit for busting this paedophile ring with its atrocious crimes. I do not envy the police their job in this. It has got to be the most difficult activity to penetrate this kind of organisation to pretend to be part of it in order to arrest those involved. However, I must add a dimension to this as I do with respect to terrorism: why is it that a child abusing dysfunctional family group is given access to then control over surveillance technology to attack and destroy the person (me) who reported their child abuse?
My reaction to the fact that the head of this worldwide paedophile ring was British and located in the UK was not surprising when the police protect the child abusers I reported by helping them to cover up their crimes by attacking me with surveillance technology support and participation while they continued with their child abuse and neglect. On top of this it was the Canadians who alerted the British to the fact of this person who was operating a chatroom web site out of the UK. The UK police/CEOP did not even find this guy on their home turf. Why not? Could it be that a culture of sadism and violence protected by collusion and conspiracy as I have experienced directly which exists in this country has served to protect child abusers except in situations where such protection cannot be accomplished?

Police have smashed a global child abuse network which was co-ordinated through a UK-based internet site.
Global agencies, led by UK investigators, examined more than 700 suspects, including 200 in the UK.
The ring was run by Timothy Cox, 28, of Buxhall, Suffolk, who admitted nine offences and has been handed a sentence which could mean he dies in jail.
A judge at Ipswich Crown Court told Cox: "You are obsessed with images of children being sexually abused."

3. Sounds like the Pakistan government is making a not-very-veiled threat against the UK government and therefore the UK for awarding Salman Rushdie a knighthood despite added denials. What is the real issue here? Ostensibly a suicide bomber is justified if the Prophet Mohammad is insulted and his honour needs to be defended. This sounds rather extreme to me, yet these are fundamental Muslim extremists.
In the Spring of 2001 Lt Harry Bird did not like what I was writing in my notebook computer about him and his behaviour. He went off the deep end immediately and started to make his way up here to shoot me. He was restrained by others with him. The next day Paul Winston, Metropolitan Police Special Branch, demanded that he had over his gun. I heard this as I was hearing everything due to the surveillance technology sound-to-skull (S2K) feature. This was a long argument carried out the following morning between Lt Harry Bird and Paul Winston while I was working at the easyEverything Internet shop on Kensington High Street.
Lt Harry Bird was going to carry out an assassination because he did not like the personal notes I was making about him which he was able to see with surveillance technology. I had to take the assassination attempt seriously because not only did it sound like the real thing, but he had his gun taken away from him the next day. This is direct censorship under threat of assassination by the use of surveillance technology and has been a central theme in the abuse of surveillance technology against me. In fact, carrying out the attempts to instill fear by means of threats of violence and death are a 24/7 minute-by-minute occurrence.
In contrast it does not seem to be such a big overall threat when Salman Rushdie is awarded a "gong" for his life's work in literature, and the Pakistan parliament votes unanimously to condemn such an award demanding that it be retracted when the actual threat of death is used continuously in conjunction with surveillance technology abuse to stop me from writing and publishing the truth of what is being done to me. Salman Rushdie has had the opportunity to carefully consider his creation and go through the defining process of editing and publishing. Then it is attacked on the public stage.
I am being attacked when I take notes or even when I am not taking notes to keep me from doing so. The use of surveillance technology for almost nine years 24/7 to stop human activity and destroy life itself is far, far worse than the situation where Salman Rushdie is condemned by the Iranian and Pakistani governments. I am condemned by the US/UK governments for merely existing and taking notes. I have defied this effort and intense intimidation by not just taking notes but by publishing my comments and some representative notes daily.
I did not do this at first. I made it public after all else failed, and there were no other alternatives remaining. It was not until November 2001 when all efforts failed to get the activity against me ended after extensive correspondence all around and initiating court proceedings which were scuppered by the use of the surveillance technology abuse which takes some getting used to on the receiving end that I started a web site. It was not until near the beginning of 2006 that I began this web journal although I've wanted to publish a daily dairy since 2001. At that time I had sent 60 days of daily dairy/logs in July and August 2001 to the top of government and various levels underneath and the media. NB this was before 9/11.
The activity of Lt Harry Bird and all those associated with the surveillance technology against me at that time was so bad that I sent out those 60 days of daily diary/logs thinking that surely no one could possibly allow this kind of destructive behaviour to continue. I was wrong and then started making this abuse public. I believe that the censorship effort and destruction of human activity along with the attempted destruction of human life is so grave an overall threat to everyone that I continue to publish what is happening in the context of events as they occur that are noted in the media.
It is far more important to recognise the threat to everyone which occurs from the US/UK governments that is also, I believe, a prime force with regard to motivating terrorists to destroy but goes further by actually doing the work of the terrorists for them. While the Salman Rushdie current brouhaha is important, it is not the most important problem of its kind.

Such actions are the root cause of terrorism, Religious Affairs Minister Ejaz-ul-Haq told parliament.
The minister later said he had not meant to condone or incite terrorism but stress its origins.
Pakistan's parliament has condemned the knighthood. Iran says it shows 'Islamophobia' among British officials.
Mr ul-Haq was speaking during a session of Pakistan's National Assembly in which it unanimously condemned Britain's award of a knighthood to the author Salman Rushdie and demanded it be withdrawn.
His comments in the Urdu language caused uproar.
"If someone commits suicide bombing to protect the honour of the Prophet Mohammad, his act is justified," he said, according to the translation by the Reuters news agency.

Opponents accused Mr ul-Haq of inciting violence.

4. A 'graduation ceremony' for suicide bombers in Pakistan has been filmed by US television Saturday last and provided to the BBC who began broadcasting it tonight. There is one "graduate" speaking in English about a bombing intention in the UK. The US/UK should have stayed with Afghanistan at the beginning just after the successful invasion which ended in early December 2001 and cleaned out all the possibilities of further terrorist training in the region.
The so-called "war on terror" so far has not been a war on terror. This doesn't sit very well with the threat meade today from the Pakistan parliament about the Salman Rushdie knighthood. I hope the information pipeline isn't jammed with too much junk like that which spews forth from Lt Harry Bird, BS and others. I wouldn't want to see these terrorists succeed.
