1. A foster parent couple who have had some 280 children in their care for decades are convicted and sentenced to prison for child abuse. News reports on BBC News24 today revealed that these were a "show" couple extolled in a published article as worthy foster parents. Although social services had investigated a complaint, a young child did not confirm it. The complaint was ignored. Finally, after many years two of the girls now adult women came forward with allegations that have been sustained by court proceedings.
This begins to sound like failures which parallel Dr Shipman and his victims. Although reported, his activity was not initially investigated thoroughly. In my experience surveillance technology has been put into the hands of the child abusers eight and one-half years ago to cover up their abuse. This continues as of this writing as does the child abuse. This is a far worse situation because it reveals the direct involvement of numerous government departments and agencies who have turned society upside down to maintain violent criminal behaviour.
Children are vulnerable and at risk from the adult abusers because they are completely dominated and controlled by the adult abusers. They are afraid to say anything and would prefer to remain silent and in an abusive situation instead of telling the truth. This can happen to adults with the use of surveillance technology that can be totally invasive and lethal in its abuse. In my experience the child abusers especially the mother of the most abused child has had access then operational control over the surveillance technology all these eight and one-half years. They have made me defenceless in the manner that a child is defenceless against them. There is no way to address this abuse from surveillance technology because it can be hidden just like child abuse can be hidden. At the same time the abusive adults using the surveillance technology attack me in every way to discredit what I report just as they attacked the child to intimidate him. A great deal of intimidation is also carried out against me continuously.
The difference rests with the fact that I as an adult document and report what is happening. The children do not and are often cited as witnesses on behalf of the child abusers. The most abused child now a teenager has been part of this adult abuse gang using the surveillance technology for all these years, but he also yells his abuse publicly and verbally. His is the same language used by those with the surveillance technology. As with all violent bully abusers, they blame their victim whether it be child or adult.

A foster carer who was accused of beating girls she looked after in the 1970s and 1980s has been found guilty of six counts of abuse.
Elizabeth Roe, 64, of Hall Road, Norwich, who cared for about 280 children, denied cruelty charges on six different girls under the age of 16.
Roe will be sentenced in February along with husband Walter Roe, 63, who admits four offences of indecent assault.
The victims said she used sticks, a broom and a slipper to beat them.
The court heard a catalogue of abuse included Roe keeping the children short of food, making them do the housework, regularly beating them and verbally humiliating them.
The alleged victims are now adults and only recently came forward to make complaints against Mrs Roe, who had been approved by the then local authority Norwich County Borough Council.

A foster carer has been jailed for four years for beating girls she looked after and her husband has been given a three-year jail term for sexual abuse.
Betty Roe, 64, of Hall Road, Norwich, who cared for about 280 children in the 1970s and 80s, denied cruelty charges.
Walter Roe, 64, admitted four counts of indecent assault at Norwich Crown Court. The couple's employers Norfolk County Council welcomed the sentences.
They said: "Looked after children today are interviewed regularly about care."
Walter Roe was put on the Sex Offenders Register for life.
The jury heard that girls in the Roe's care were beaten with sticks, a slipper and a broom. They had soiled underwear rubbed in their faces.

As far as I'm concerned based upon my direct experience, this is nothing unusual. Child abuse is not properly addressed with the standard being how to get out of the problem by passing it along to some other department/agency.
The fact that these foster parents abused children for years parallels what I've been observing for eight years and nine months 24/7 since reporting the child abuse in May 1998 from the flat below. The difference here is that these child abusers (four adults and their adult relatives) were given access to surveillance technology against me in August 1998 which they have used to cover up their past and ongoing criminal abuse.
They have used the most abused child as part of the surveillance technology driven criminal harassment and torture against me eight years ago and continue to do the same today. They have forced this child to submit by physical intimidation which I have heard, and he has been part of this activity with his mother totally dedicated to the surveillance technology abuse 24/7 against me and his grandmother the tenant in the flat below.
Most recently this abused child has emerged as a public bully carrying on the verbal abuse against me using the exact language from his mother, grandmother, Lt Harry Bird and others outside in public. He is being exploited by these people to carry out this activity in order to gain sympathy for their false allegations against me.
They have made him sick most recently by this activity, and he pleads "stop" by yelling outside. This could refer to any number of things He is subject to abuse, and there has been a verbal admission of a "set up" which I can prove by my own documentation and direct evidence.
The great problem in this situation is that there are many departments of government who have participated in this activity all these years including the social services, police, tenant management and local and central government who know what is going on yet keep supporting the criminal activity. Consider this the adult level of the Victoria Climbie torture death only done with intention by these government departments/agencies.
It must be understood that child abusers will do and say anything to protect themselves and at the same time carry on with their abuse in the most impudent manner. The proof is in the pudding here where the child has emerged as a public bully just like the adults around him who are using the surveillance technology.
Not only is this a failure, but it reflects that the society has turned itself completely upside down with antisocial and criminal standards being maintained at the expense of the honest, decent and innocent people like me who report the problems so that they can be properly handled by those in positions of authority.
A family bully gang of child abusers in this instance have been able to dominate and control everyone with their abusive bullying and hysterical behaviour.
The media such as yourselves are the only means to seek redress for this problem since the fundamental functioning of society has broken down.
Publicity is the only way to shine a light on this dark corner of the violent human abusive character in order to stop it since it cuts across various government departments and agencies.

It is quite impossible to avail myself of any legal consultation since I am subjected to totally invasive surveillance technology which is being used as a weapon to interfere in every aspect of my life. I've been able to determine a factual foundation for this activity due to the people involved in the use of the surveillance technology.
This is under the operational control of the mother of the abused children whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998. She and her violent family group among others have been using the surveillance technology since it was installed in mid-August 1998 24/7 for all these years.
Their primary objective is to create a mental health problem where none exists. Richard Evans MD from the St Charles Hospital Acute Psychiatric Clinic has been a direct participant in the surveillance technology abuse for seven years. He fully knows the capabilities of this surveillance technology, and, therefore, understands that my documentation and reporting are accurate although he has been a prime mover behind the incitement of the vigilante mob to protect himself and cover up his misconduct. I have filed a complaint in early 2000 about him and others to no avail.

I do not want to involve anyone else in this process which would make them a target of this surveillance technology. Just dealing with me creates this situation for anyone else. It has also become a complex situation after all these years which could take considerable time and resources, and I would not like to create any expensive burden for anyone even just for advice.
Usually when I see these news items and have a comment as I did with this one, I send them along. I want to get these failings and abuses into people's thinking because it will be some time before people are going to come to terms with this most sophisticated of surveillance technologies that will require a complete re-thinking about mental illness.
Currently this surveillance technology is being used for social control and engineering in a psychopathic manner not only in a most malignant and malicious way but also to support antisocial and criminal standards. It could have a most beneficial medical benefit for neurological and mental health problems, but it is far out of the general awareness of the medical profession with the exception of people like Richard Evans MD and his associates. Their great problem is that they are using human guinea pigs like myself for medical experimentation and surveillance technology R&D all of which occur outside the law against nonconsenting human beings like myself.
You might be interested in exploring this from your point of view with respect to policy by checking with my web journal from time and time and giving a look at my web site. I am seeking to make the capacity of this surveillance technology generally known first so that it can be addressed by Parliament, mental health organisations and others eventually enabling those of us like myself with the ability to satisfactorily address the problem legally, but as a society, we have not yet crossed that bridge.
There is much effort on the part of those using this surveillance technology to keep this from occurring for their own legal and criminal liability reasons.
This morning I noted a BBC News24 report with a video clip of Tony Blair's comments about intervening in families at such an early stage that they may not have committed anything which warrants such intervention.
He was supporting this idea which is quite "mind boggling." I believe it's a ruse to create the illusion of doing something or appear to be doing something because the real problems cannot be handled properly.
We've watched and learned about serious problems that result from government failures over the decades. Today BBC News24 was also broadcasting the stunning report about the foster care couple who abused for decades but were never detected by government. I was particularly taken by the testimony of one of those who was abused stating "I'm still afraid of her" twice.
This is what happens to abused children in these family situations. The same happened to Mary Flora Bell. She did not reveal the truth about her treatment by her mother until after her mother was dead which was published by Gita Sereny in her book "Cries Unheard." In fact, after she was released from prison, she went to live near her mother. The dependency of the abused child upon the parent abuser creates a bond.
This too was a government failure to get the truth from Mary Flora Bell when she was eleven where psychiatric help was available to the other girl involved at trial because they had the resources. The other girl has disappeared from the radar.
The government cannot even get it right when there is serious abuse underway and goes on for years. Look at what happened to Victory Climbie. These are just a few examples but indicate, in my experience, a far more pervasive problem. I've personally observed extensive domestic family violence and child abuse for almost eleven years. I reported it almost nine years ago.
Since that time it has been gotten totally wrong with the violent family group given access to and then control over surveillance technology to use against me. The whole focus of attention has been deflected from the source and applied to a scapegoat who happens to be the one reporting the problems.
Tony Blair is doing the same thing only this time he's creating an illusion of activity by making an effort to totally invade family groups at the very start of their child rearing process to identify problems. I submit that if this government and all the local governments cannot get the obvious problems correct which are out in front of them, there is no hope of being able to identify the problems before they even emerge.
This is a government chasing phantoms and calling it meaningful reality.
I am quite stunned that Tony Blair advocates such a programme when there are so many obvious problem situations that go unchecked one of which I am directly observing and have been for many years as a victim of surveillance technology abuse carried out by this violent family group at the core with others in satellite positions.
This is one where there are total fabrications ("dirty data") that are being used to justify an unjustifiable activity which makes it a complete fraud but is sustained by government in the interest of the child abusers where the abused child has now emerged after all these years as a public bully.
Instead of addressing the real problems, they have been sustained and enhanced to the detriment of society.
Tony Blair is trying to hide this government's failures in a most extraordinary and illusionary way all in the interest of power for power's sake at the expense of everyone.
