  • BBC News24 Reports China's Indefinite Surveillance. Watch BBC News24 today worldwide on the Internet for this broadcast report juxtaposing the British Prime Minister toasting China's ruling elite while then reporting about a couple under indefinite surveillance for "odour."
  • China trade to boom, says Brown. The two surveillance societies merge at the top with a common agenda for indefinite surveillance against those whom they do not like referring to them as causing an "odour." Human rights? What human rights when image is all important? See yesterday's web journal entry about this government's entry into Internet censorship.
  • Police staff get full pay award. The government appears to really have it in for the police in the UK. They have denied those at the sharp end of danger who protect the public and rewarded those who sit in back offices or who do not respond to emergency calls. The government's argument for denying the police the pay rise determined by arbitration certainly has nothing to do with inflation?
  • NHS performance 'kills thousands'. This is most certainly true since 2000 when the NHS mental health professionals rolled into the community supporting, sustaining and participating in the surveillance technology massacre. The have carried out surreptitious everything outside a hospital environment with the intent to do as much harm as possible.

1. BBC News24 Reports China's Indefinite Surveillance. Tune into BBC News24 today wherever you are in world via the Internet or TV in the UK and watch this magnificent report about China's human rights abuses alongside the UK Prime Minister's visit where he toasts the Chinese rulers. Read my Email about this below to BBC News24 where I ask why the BBC is not reporting the same thing happening in the UK.

Indefinite surveillance: if we don't get you now, we'll just keep at it until we get something no matter what it is or until you collapse or die. It's a win win situation for government suppression in the UK or China.

This couple is portrayed as supporting AIDS information communication. The woman was pregnant and gave birth while the surveillance crew was present outside the hospital who followed the couple home with their new born daughter. The Prime Minister should be right at home in China. He has financed the same activity while Chancellor of the Exchequer. In the summer of 2003 I was followed to the hospital for cataract surgery and abused verbally while the operation was in progress when I was supposed to be perfectly still to prevent damage. Lt Harry Bird tried to make me move with his outburst.

Read this link provided above and here to this web page for extensive communication from me regarding the surveillance abuse surrounding the cataract problem and its surgery on the first eye in June 2003. I sent numerous faxes to the then Prime Minister Tony Blair with Email copies to a distribution list which included government, health and media addressees. The distribution list is provided with each of the five correspondence reproduced on this web page. The Chancellor of the Exchequer was included as was the BBC with a number of radio and TV news programmes notified about the circumstances surrounding this extreme surveillance technology abuse in the run up to the cataract surgery on the first eye and its immediate aftermath.

Every effort was made by Lt Harry Bird, Colonel Vine, BS and others to interfere in my attempts to seek medical care for the physical problems that they created with the surveillance technology especially with the destruction of my eyes by the use of radar imaging equipment located in the flat above. One such extraordinary incident occurred on a day when I was seeking an examination by an optometrist in early November 2001.

This was the optometrist who had referred me to the Western Eye Hospital the year before where the cataract diagnosis was made in December 2000. Lt Harry Bird and Colonel Vine arrived in February 2001 as I was preparing my legal documentation to seek protection from the harassment for which I applied in March 2001 at the High Court. This particular incident occurred as I was still addressing the problem after 9/11. The correspondence reproduced on this web page provides a description of the interference which occurred while my eyes were being examined; the interference which occurred at the easyEverything Internet shop on Tottenham Court Road; and my further harassment resulting in what I considered to be a blocked Email.

All of this occurred over six years ago and has been occurring steadily 24/7 throughout all these years since mid-August 1998. As can be seen in the distribution list for this correspondence, many were notified including the Chancellor of the Exchequer (now Prime Minister) and former Prime Minister. The BBC got its fair share of this correspondence to both BBC radio and BBC TV news programmes. No one has ever done anything about this incredible abuse which continues as of this writing. As can be seen in the correspondence, there is a decided preference to attack me with extreme and continuous verbal abuse.

The BBC has taken extensive resources from the BBC licence fee payers like me to film this kind of abuse in China on the other side of the world when it has been going on for almost a decade right in the BBC's own backyard. The BBC is not providing a public service to the UK public in this matter. It feels free to point a finger at other nations for extreme human rights abuses which are far worse in the UK that it ignores completely.

Subject: Buster Browniski visits China toasting the rulers while you show a couple permanently under surveillance. Why don't you show the same thing that is happening in the UK like this against me?

I thought that your report from China about human rights while Buster Browniski was looking somber, serious and soberly toasting the Chinese rulers was terrific.

But, why, oh, why, have you, the BBC, ignored the nine years and five months of surveillance 24/7 in exactly the same way only with totally invasive and far more sophisticated technology right here in London a short distance from the BBC?

Something's missing at the BBC. What could it be?

2. China trade to boom, says Brown. There is very little doubt that trade between the UK and China will boom when both governments have so much to swap about indefinite surveillance torture techniques and technology.

Where image management dominates human rights are non existent. The UK's Prime Minister has no reason to talk about human rights with China since both governments abuse human rights in the extreme. Everyone joins in point a finger elsewhere but do nothing about extreme human rights abuses in the UK which I've been reporting for many years.

China trade to boom, says Brown

Gordon Brown and Premier Wen Jiabao

Gordon Brown has predicted that "tens of thousands" of British jobs will be created by boosting trade with China.

He was speaking shortly after he arrived in China for his first visit since becoming UK prime minister.

Mr Brown and the Chinese premier Wen Jiabo agreed to increase trade between the two countries by 50% by 2010.

Lib Dem leader Nick Clegg said Mr Brown should raise the issue of human rights in Darfur with China, which has strong political and economic ties with Sudan.

Conservative leader David Cameron, who visited China in December, has also urged the country's leaders to use their influence in Sudan to "help stop the slaughter in Darfur".

. . .

Human rights activists called on Mr Brown not to shy away from discussing difficult issues with the Chinese government.

Kate Allen, director of Amnesty International UK, said: "As the Beijing Olympics approaches, China will be increasingly sensitive to its reputation in other countries.

"Basic values like justice and free speech are held dear by the British people and our prime minister must reflect their importance."

And Liberal Democrat leader Mr Clegg said: "China must both address its own human rights record and uphold the values of the United Nations.

"It can no longer turn a blind eye to the grave human rights abuses continuing in countries like Sudan," he said.

3. Police staff get full pay award. This is a preposterous decision in light of the fact that the Home Secretary denied the police their full pay award of 2.5% as determined by agreed upon arbitration. By giving the police staff and PCSOs 2.5% backdated to September which was denied to the front line police officers, the government shows that it has something in for the police. Could it be the fact that the police investigated the donations for honours scandal? Is the government trying to create disruption and disturbance within the police ranks?

What is this government really doing? Are pay raises being used as a manipulative tool? The government's arguments in support of its travesty with respect to police pay turn out to be hollow. Nothing this government says can be trusted. Who do you think will suffer as a result?

Police staff get full pay award

Police community support officer
There are about 11,500 PCSOs working in England and Wales

More than 70,000 police support staff in England and Wales, including 11,500 community support officers (PCSOs), have accepted a 2.5% pay deal.

The pay rise will be backdated to September, in contrast to that offered to regular police officers.

The home secretary refused to backdate the officers' 2.5% rise, effectively reducing it to 1.9% over this year.

Support staff union Unison backed the deal - but said it was wrong to treat the groups differently.

Unison said it had encouraged civilian staff and PCSOs to accept the deal as it was the best that could be achieved through negotiation.

4. NHS performance 'kills thousands'. This is the problem with which I've been dealing for many years. It is not just performance failures as described in the article below. It's the deliberate effort to roll out into the community to do as much harm including the destruction of life against someone who is not liked. There is nothing more to this than to stop my reporting of the problems which highlight the failures to perform by various government departments as my 23rd September 1999 letter to the Prime Minister described.

In the meantime as described above other parts of the NHS have to carry an extra burden due to the deliberately destructive behaviour of those malicious health professionals in the NHS with whom I've been forced to deal for over eight years. I've had much to say about this over the years, but here's a report that focuses attention on the overall failures of the NHS to highlight the ultimate consequence of the problem. In the meantime the extraordinary destructive actions carried out against me 24/7 for all these years will result in my death sooner rather than later, but I will not become part of this statistic.

The NHS is trying to use mental health as method to hide and cover up the reality of what has been happening. Questions about mental health and emotional stability have to be asked about the NHS professionals who are carrying out this activity against me in the community, e.g., sadistic personalities and a disposition to violent destruction of human life by medical means. This is a most serious problem using surveillance technology for such an objective achieved by such means.

This leads me to mention Erich Fromm's description of the Stanley Milgram experiment carried out at Yale University in the early 1960s which he writes about in his Anatomy of Human Destructiveness. The medical profession claiming that destructively sadistic behaviour is in the interest of "science" can mislead people to a great extent into carrying out behaviour they would normally not do. Some 60% of the 40+ volunteers willingly carried out sadistic treatment of the subjects in the experiment.

This was a learning experiment or so it was described whereby subjects were given an electric shock to condition them into learning, i.e., memorising a list of names. The electrical shocks were faked by the subjects who pretended they were being shocked, but those who were administering the shocks did not know this. They were encouraged to give greater and greater voltage for shocks as the subjects failed to repeat the list of names read out to them. The real purpose of this experiment was to study the willingness of people to cause harm to others in the interest of science and subject to intense verbal proding by those in charge.

In 1972 I took an Operations Research course where the professor discussed in his first lecture the "layman's copout." Nothing is more daunting than trying to tackle operations research problem solving. It's the process of using mathematics to solve very complex problems like airline flight crew and aircraft scheduling. This is a hugely complex problem involving all kinds of variables, but operations research people have solved this one mathematically. David Miller's intention with his first lecture was to get students to not "cop out" from a fear of being unable to learn to solve complex problems with mathematics.

In addition to the fact that he wrote a textbook, David Miller's course was sought by almost everyone. It was a required course. There was no escaping it. Unlike other professors, he did not limit his classes. He allowed everyone who wanted to attend his lectures to sign up for his course. Thus, there were a very large number of students in his amphitheatre like classroom.

During this first lecture of his, he went into a discussion of Stanley Milgram's Yale University experiment. His point being that people should not defer to experts. Everyone has the ability to think for him/herself. Those who "copped out" and deferred to the experts were giving up their own ability to think and function for themselves when it came to problem solving or any other activity for that matter. That first lecture of his was so good, that the class gave him a round of applause when he finished. That has only happened twice in my educational experience.

I learned about this experiment by Stanley Milgram then for the first time in 1972. It was not until 1976 when I read Erich Fromm's Anatomy of Human Destructiveness (published in 1973) that I got a more full rendition of the experiment. Since I had already encountered it a few years earlier, I was intensely interested in reading what Erich Fromm had to say about it. I urge everyone to study it and keep in mind David Miller's advice: avoid the "layman's copout." Do not defer to the experts. Think for yourself and solve problems accordingly. Do not kowtow to the great god of science when it runs counter to the grain of human feelings and reason.

Those using the surveillance technology against me are engaged in a conditioning programme to create "obedience." This is stated often in one of several ways along with the use of the word "test" more recently. However, they never actually say what it is that they want. They just want blind obedience no matter what it is. This morning a male said explicitly "You are not doing this for punishment" talking to Lt Harry Bird and BS. Of course, they are, and they say so many times.

They are carrying out punishment just as those in the Stanley Milgram experiment were punishing the subjects with electric shocks to "condition" them to learn, but they did not know it was faked. This situation is all quite real, and the only fabrications relate to the allegations and characteristics applied to me used to justify carrying on with the abuse using the surveillance technology which has persisted 24/7 for nine years and five months since mid-August 1998.

What this male really meant this morning was not to admit that they were engaged in continuous punishment by their sadistic behaviour. That's going to be quite difficult for them to do given their words, deeds and the fact that witnesses have noted what they've said and done during all these years.

Fri Jan 18 18:23:00 GMT 2008: "He's gonna pay for it," said Lt Harry Bird confirming his punishment activity which he carries out continuously with abuse from the surveillance technology. This is just one of those other ways of expressing the intent to punish which is carried out continuously. And, Lt Harry Bird and BS are allowed to proceed by everyone else who derive sadistic pleasure from observing the punishment. "Hail, hail the gangs all here/What they heck to we care?"

NHS performance 'kills thousands'

Surgeons
NHS funding has been increasing in recent years

More than 17,000 deaths a year in the UK are unnecessary and due to poor NHS performance, campaigners say.

The TaxPayers' Alliance compared World Health Organization data for five leading European countries.

It found the NHS had 17,157 extra deaths in 2004 compared with the other countries' average when taking into account age and burden of disease.

The government said investment in recent years had cut waiting lists, improved choice and saved lives.

Researchers for the TaxPayers' Alliance, a group which is campaigning for lower taxes, compared the UK with France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.
