Scientology And Me, Panorama, 14th May 2007, Monday, 8.30pm, BBC1.

1. I do not know anything about Scientology and do not want to know anything about this organisation. I am not interested in whether or not it is a religion. I might have disagreements with organised religions which have dogmas and creeds with which I do not agree, but I am not opposed to their existence. I have deep problems with organisations which betray their employees, owners (shareholders) and customers as Enron and others did. But, I believe that the issues which cause problems are what need to be identified and explored wherever or however they might emerge and lead. This requires basic freedoms of thought and expression. There are many who would try to control these in other people for their own advantage.

I'm not really concerned about John Sweeney losing his cool and flipping out as he did with the Scientologist while exploring their 'Mind Control' exhibition. The way he describes it Scientology has formed a blanket condemnation of psychiatry based upon some atrocious practises of medicine which psychiatry has undertaken. One that comes to my mind is R D Laing's description of "Prickers" who were used to assess whether or not someone was a witch by 'pricking' them to the bone with needles to evaluate bleeding and screams. I don't think today's Church should be condemned for this practise by some of its clerics hundreds of years ago. Laing said psychiatry has to a degree come to be like the "Prickers." If there is a problem with some who practise inappropriate medicine as psychiatrist can do, then that should be addressed specifically as part of a process of seeking to improve the practice of psychiatry as part of the medical profession. Scientology apparently according to John Sweeney's report in the article below (see its URL) claims that Nazi Germany rose as a result of psychiatry which is something I would reject. There needs to be a discussion about all these issues, and no claims or absurd propositions should be dismissed. They should be explored and discredited as is warranted. Denying the Holocaust is one of these problems where people operate on a belief system that leads them to claim as facts formulations that are contrary to observation and historical record.

I look forward to watching this Panorama programme tomorrow night to see what I can learn from the documentary and debate about this organisation and whether or not it should be held in esteem, just ignored or taken on some middle ground in between. One of the things that alarms me is the existence of people who are so insecure about what they are doing and/or believe that they find it necessary to stalk and harass others in the extreme as John Sweeney described happened to him while he was preparing this Panorama documentary. Those who rule by fear have serious problems that should be investigated to determine why this is so. Scientology appears to be one such organisation. I can think of others.

Don't miss Panorama on BBC One tomorrow night, Monday, 14th May 2007, at 2030. While I may have complaints with some of them quite serious, I do not believe in any categorisation of a class or group of people based upon the misconduct of a minority or even a misguided foundation. Even if those in power in an organisation are capable of determining the lives of many, there is no reason to negate all organisations if that determination is negative. While they may share similar characteristics which are not generally suitable, these should be addressed explicitly based upon evidence remembering that personal observation is evidence although uncorroborated.

Scientologists want 'the global obliteration' of psychiatrists

The battleground is YouTube and Scientology's weapon is a clip of me losing it in the "Mind Control" section of a gruesome exhibition.

Scientology has fought many battles to keep its secrets off the web, now they are using it to attack my investigation into them.

Scientology has prepared an attack video, and they have shown the Scientology v Sweeney shouting match to anyone who would watch it.

There is talk of 100,000 copies being released.

2. More loud, thumping bass music from below today and some comments from another about the ball playing "thumping" noises. Maybe the "thumping" refers to the music. There was some communication difficulty apparently here due to language differences. Give a listen to the audio clips below and hear for yourself.

This community stalking and harassment which I've been experiencing along with the use of surveillance technology is the modern day equivalent of the "Prickers" who sought to identify and prove that someone was a witch. Today the words "Potty" or "Psychotic" are used among other name calling epithets instead, and psychiatry has replaced the lucrative profession of "Prickers" in identifying and determining the witches in the community.

The human animal has not changed. The technology and use of language has, but it's the same old repetition of the ancient need for a scapegoat which serves a multitude of useful purposes for the incompetent and demented. Today BS let it be known that they were "testing him" which gave me quite a hoot in the circumstances. She was trying to justify all this behaviour I am reporting about them with these hard evidence examples. I made extensive verbal notes about the implications and reality of such "testing" which I shall be addressing at some point.

Sunday, 13th May 2007, 11:53:04 to 11:54:08. A male is saying something along the lines of "We knew we have problems" talking with a woman in the Walkway. A child yells very loudly. He says at one point "Now we have . . . thumping ball." and she replies "yes . . . thumping, thumping."

The above sounds to me like a reference to a complaint about the ball bouncing in the Walkway when they play ball outside with it hitting the floors and especially the wall at the end of the Walkway which is used as the goal area. This has been a serious problem for those living on the other side of these walls in the past with one woman in particular coming out to try to stop this more than once complaining about the impact it had on her baking cakes which causes them to collapse. She has since moved out.

On another occasion another woman has tried very nicely to explain that someone might be sleeping. Now, there are small children including infants residing in these various flats who need to sleep day and night. All of this has had no effect in stopping this ball playing and other antisocial behaviour throughout these years. Why not? Those using the surveillance technology have maintained a standard of antisocial behaviour as permissible in this environment by protecting those who do it because they seek to protect themselves as well from my quite accurate reporting of what is actually taking place.

Sunday, 13th May 2007, 18:24:14 to 18:26:28. Children playing in Walkway including an adult and the loud sond of drum beats thumping from music below.

"One guy sitting on the porch of the flat across the way where the kids are playing talking on a telephone "He's screwed up." And, before that, before I started recording this "He's an old man." Ah, interesting. OK, well, oh, and then the flat door noise saw the emergence of a child from the adjacent flat across the way on a bicycle riding away. Two kids playing noisily out there; a bicycle rider joins them; and an adult sitting on the porch of a flat across the way talking on the telephone complaining about me while the kids carry on with antisocial behaviour. Oh, all of that also peppered with music from below which goes on."
