Many employees struggle with depression

Mental health problems cost British businesses an average of £1,000 a year for every employee, researchers say.

The Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health said the overall annual cost to employers, including time off work and lost productivity, is nearly £26bn.

It says most firms vastly underestimate the problem, but they could make big savings with a few simple steps.

The Federation of Small Businesses said it was harder for firms with fewer resources to put policies in place.

The report makes a business case for companies to help staff with mental health problems.

Your report here about the Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health's report concerning the impact of mental health on the nation's enterprise activity should not surprise anybody. In fact, it is a no-brainer when mental health abuse is used as a weapon to attack people as we've seen from the top down in this Labour government.

Mental health abuse is the new discrimination because the old ones like race, religion, sexual orientation, etc have been outlawed and forbidden, but it is not against the law or forbidden to run around calling someone who is not liked either "potty" or "psychotic."

This is so extensive that several departments of government have been involved in this activity against me for almost a decade starting with the public retaliation declaration on 11th May 1998 by those whom I had just reported for their long time child abuse.

One way for them to attack me and discredit my reporting their own domestic violence, child abuse and violence carried on outside was and is to claim that I am "potty" or "psychotic."

They initially engaged in harassment to try to provoke me which failed because I ignored them. They went to such an extreme that they were provided with surveillance technology commencing in mid-August 1998 to continue to carry out their creation of false allegations.

Naturally, this destroyed all my normal human activity and certainly any possibility of my being able to carry on with my enterprise activity through Xandor Limited. My whole orientation along with that of Xandor Limited changed to address this incredible problem of harassment by the use of surveillance technology and false allegations generated by a large group of people who themselves where trying to hide their antisocial and criminal behaviour.

The failures which occurred after this are astounding because it resulted in a massive waste of resources by the social services, police, NHS, tenant management and local and central government agencies and departments. The worst aspect is that all these people from all these agencies and departments of government believed the vigilante mob's screaming and screeched hysteria ignoring those who actually witnessed the false allegations being made and emotionally trumpeted.

I have gone to extraordinary lengths during this period of almost a decade to communicate to everyone the reality of what has been happening which has fallen on deaf ears. I have even been able to provide hard evidence to prove what is actually happening, but this is routinely ignored as well. The great problem is that those responsible for mental health in the community from St Charles Hospital and elsewhere have got it completely wrong and done so intentionally knowing that they were wrong.

They themselves were using mental health as a weapon to cover up their own misconduct as was everyone else allowing themselves to be deliberately misled by those whom I had reported for child abuse. This has resulted in fundamental standards of society becoming inverted or as Erich From has said when referring to Nazi Germany "A sane man in an insane society will be considered insane."

There is far too much truth in this statement which applies to the UK today. I have directly experienced and am still dealing with this problem as of this writing from those who are bullying sadists with a serious personality disorder given to violence and child abuse sustained and maintained by the system at the expense of everyone else who is decent, honest and certainly mentally healthy.

There are recognised reasons for this happening which explain but do not justify what occurs in this environment which are related to the fact that tenant management has taken over without those in power having any proper sense of how to use power. This is also valid in other areas of government and should not be surprising either given the sadistic abuse which occurs in areas where one set of people have power over another, e.g., prisons, hospitals especially mental health hospitals, the police.

This has many overtones from totalitarian regimes of the past and elsewhere who have discriminated against people who are not liked by categorising them as mentally ill and abusing them as occurred in Nazi Germany and the USSR.

What this report does not really begin to even touch upon is the status that mental health abuse is given to those who carry out such abuse against others who are not liked because they report problems which need attention when this image conscious society wants to maintain a beautiful image at any cost. Such reporting is viewed as unacceptable criticism and dissent which those in power seek to squash. It is all too real in the UK today.

Such false creation of mental health problems by false allegations reflect the back door into tyranny which will show up as failures to address mental problems as they really exist because the stigma is too negative and subject to much abuse in this society which, I have experienced, is led by the psychiatric profession itself. No one is going to come forward with a real mental health problem when that is abused significantly.

In my case all it took was a group of child abusing adults to make false allegations for those in authority to begin to attack me and try to drag me into a mental health clinic when there was nothing to support the allegations or actions taken against me.

The great problem here is that such mental health "care" is rolled out into the community to impose it upon the mentally sound and healthy like me who reported serious problems and are then subjected to abuse from those who are mentally deficient and violent as a result for having done so. In my case it has been going on now for almost a decade 24/7 with extreme abuse from surveillance technology in the hands of the criminals whom I reported for their crimes.

This is an incredible waste of resources and a complete misdirection and abuse of mental health facilities in this country when they are used for the purposes of suppression by those who are psychically crippled themselves. Such an institutional problem surfaces from time to time when child abuse in institutions which has gone on for decades finally emerges sometimes long after the institution has closed. What I am experiencing is just another phase of this institutionalisation of abuse using mental health as a weapon to intimidate and control large numbers of people.

What you've reported does not even begin to get at the depth and breadth of the problem. The BBC has no excuse because I've been reporting this to them for years, but I wonder just where the Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health actually gets its information? Statistical analysis of sampled data that does not include some of the most serious problems which can be quite widespread in the original research does not take these into account in the reporting process.

Then, surprise, surprise, everyone wonders where the suppression in society came from when it is finally recognised because it is so prevalent. How do you think the mentally ill actually behaved in Nazi Germany and the USSR at the height of their using mental health as a weapon? No one would dare acknowledge any problem. This is happening in the UK at present and has been for a considerable time.

The Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health report reflects a symptom of a far more serious problem underneath.

2. Antisocial behaviour becomes the standard. I've been reporting crime and antisocial behaviour since June 1996 in this environment. The child abusers whom I reported in May 1998 have sought to control and dominate this environment by obtaining access to then control over surveillance technology based upon false pretexts. The result has been an environment where antisocial and criminal behaviour flourish as is noted once again by this video clip below made of today's activity.

Skateboard jumping over a stair fence near the kerb out front while two others watch eating and commenting (nothing wrong here; that's why the benches are there) as a third films the activity on Thursday, 13.12.2007, at 1436.

This is extremely dangerous for those doing it in a situation prone to accident. I would not want to see anyone sustain a head (can be easily fatal) or any kind of injury doing this which should be carried out at the nearby Westway Sports Centre.

I would much prefer to take the time to publish this antisocial behaviour now to redirect it to a safer and suitable venue rather than have to call the emergency services in the event of a serious accident.

The skateboard flies into the road near a parked vehicle at first. Although it did not look like it hit the car, this is a risk for autos parked here. This activity removes these stairs from being used by pedestrians. Women with small children and push chairs are unlikely to take this frequently used route at present.

After making several aborted attempts, this guy manages to get in a couple jumps through the air with the skateboard to the other side of the fence. He stops for a drink at one point and to examine his (injured?) foot at another.

The guy filming outside can be seen at one point on the left behind the tree branches standing on the other stairs behind the other two onlookers.

It appears that they moved to this location from Monday's activity which included landing in the road and brings it under police jurisdiction. Here they are entirely on the Estate property (except when the skateboard shoots into the street).

Who would be legally liable in case of an injury or death from this activity? I doubt insurance would cover an accident from this source especially given tenant management negligence making those with management responsibility personally liable for this safety and health hazard as well as the organisations involved.

There are two of the three Kensington & Chelsea sports centres adjacent to the Estate: Kensington Leisure Centre (where Princes William and Harry spent some after school time while growing up) and Westway Sports Centre.

Why is it that these lads cannot be redirected in the direction of these for sports activity including the skateboarding skills development at the Westway Sports Centre where there is a skateboarding area (at least when I saw it last)?

This is the wrong place to be carrying out this activity as a result of which it becomes antisocial behaviour with the potential to cause damage to the fence and nearby vehicles as well as a noise nuisance.

They take no safety precautions, and why is it that they are not in school? The PCSOs can take names and addresses of those involved in antisocial behaviour as of 01.12.2007. They have added new powers as well which might be used in this situation to prevent its recurrence.

3. Email to Council Leader and Others re Antisocial Behaviour. It's time to see effective use of resources and the provision of authority provided by Parliament in order to properly address antisocial behaviour.

This matter is most serious with respect to health and safety for all concerned. It reflects continuing antisocial behaviour that has been occurring like this in this area for years, and at least twice this week so far. Please see:

Skateboard Fence Jumping Thu 13.12.2007 at 1436

On page five of the autumn issue of the TMO Link magazine I received on 26.11.2007 there is an article called "Feeling 'safe' in Kensington and Chelsea" with the following comment:

"The Council has invested £1.6 million on extra police community support officers (PCSOs) to reassure residents and aid the police. The number of PCSOs on the streets will soon reach 130. The Council is funding 76 of these, and they will become a regular feature in our community."

The PCSOs have new powers effective 01.12.2007 which enable them to deal more effectively with this kind of antisocial behaviour subject to the Chief Officer's (Borough Commander?) allocation [of responsibility] and designation [of authority].

There are also two of the borough's three sports centres adjacent to this Estate: Kensington Leisure Centre and Westway Sports Centre. The latter has a skateboarding facility the last time I saw it which was some time ago.

It would be useful to see all of the Council parts including the democratic rule of law working together to ensure that this kind of hazardous antisocial behaviour is redirected to areas already set up nearby so that the interests and well being of all are better served.

This ongoing antisocial activity does not reflect three-star tenant management and never has.

And, by the way, nine and one-third years of continuous surveillance technology abuse against me 24/7 has sustained this antisocia standard in this environment instead of addressing the problems as I do. I am continuously attacked for addressing these problems. This is upside management all around which also needs to be addressed.
