Does the dementia research take into account the physiological impact from a surveillance society and all the other electromagnetic radiation effects upon the human brain which exist now and in the future?

Is the torture surveillance which I have been experiencing for eight and one-half years intended to act as a "cull" for the ageing population?

Both these questions must be taken quite seriously, addressed and answered.

The following six paragraphs after the number 1 below were sent to those mentioned in the BBC News article that follows. I suspect that these people haven't a clue as to the abuse of surveillance technology being carried out in this surveillance torture society which will make the research described below quite understated, unless, of course, this surveillance technology abuse is intended to carry out a "cull" of the ageing population as I've been experiencing 24/7 for eight and one-half years. Those informed about this situation who were mentioned in the article are:

  • BBC News24
  • Professor Martin Knapp, London School of Economics
  • Neil Hunt, Chief Executive, Alzheimer's Society
  • Professor Ian Philp
Professor of Health Care of Elderly People/National Director for Older People's Services
Sheffield Institute for Studies on Ageing
  • Ivan Lewis MP, Minister for Care Services, Department of Health
  • For the last two above who were sent a separate Email the following comments were added:

You were mentioned in the BBC News article about dementia
    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/6389977.stm.

I failed to include you in the enclosed Email distribution and am correcting that omission. The problem to which I've been subjected for almost nine years now since reporting child abuse in the flat below mine has serious implications across many aspects of government management with an ultimate impact throughout society.

At the age of 64 I am not a user of care services since I do not need them. I am making every effort to prevent that from happening despite a concerted effort for many years by violently disposed people to create problems as described below.

There has been a complete misdirection of resources against me as a target created by those who were the original source of violent, antisocial and criminal behaviour.

I believe that it is important to bring this situation to your attention since it reflects government activity of a most malignant and destructive kind intended to create the very problems you are obligated and dedicated to ameliorating.

Anyone who is concerned about care and the ageing process has to be aware of this institutionalised destructive activity carried out by the government since at the very least it creates "dirty data" and at the worst creates an ongoing violent society whose fundamental problems go unaddressed and unsolved thereby spilling over everywhere.

This prevents legitimate activity. The misdirection has to be re-directed so that constructive efforts can be legitimately carried out.

    1. Once again the government operates diametrically opposed to a serious problem like dementia by allowing it to be created. The current costs of treating dementia for 700,000 with the problem in the UK is astronomical, yet the government itself has allowed, supported and participated in a policy to create dementia from torture using surveillance technology for the past eight and one-half years as I have been describing and reporting all this time.

This has been especially true during the past six years after Lt Harry Bird and Colonel Vine arrived in February 2001 with their surveillance technology which has been used to attempt to destroy physiological functioning including the brain. The very usage of this surveillance technology destroys the brain eventually, and I experience its side effects daily. Other than physical injures such as cataracts created by the use of the surveillance technology, I have no mental health problems as yet and never have had any such problem. The testament to my sound physiological and mental well being is the fact that I function quite well while subjected to this ongoing abuse 24/7.

BS, the mother of the abused children whom I reported for child abuse, has sought possession of this flat for many years declaring it as her own demanding that others remove me by force and violence. She has been dedicated toward this objective for these eight and one-half years using surveillance technology to cause personal injury while making false claims of mental health problems which do not exist. There are also a whole array of false allegations involving crimes and violence which are illusions. They simply do not exist. The false negative characterisations abound. All these have been used to verbally attack me continuously around-the-clock for all these years.

Within the past couple days a male observer shouted "He's the tenant" once again sounding like the false allegation was made from BS declaring that this was her "house." They have stated that flats should belong to the young, and the old moved out because "He's going to die" which BS emphatically yelled once. She has also stated "I want him dead." In connection with removing me from my home a woman recently said "We can't until he's 70." I am currently 64. Lt Harry Bird has said on several occasions recently "Get ready to move in" to BS. There is a concerted effort to destroy human life and create a problem in the extreme which will lead either to my incapacity or death.

This activity has been supported by everyone present who has come along as observers from the police, tenant management, NHS, local and central government. There is a massive waste of money, time and all resources directed toward creating a problem which is costing the taxpayer billions to care for those with dementia. Until the government itself stops its own torture activity with surveillance technology placed in the hands of the emotionally disturbed and violent personality indefinitely for years to carry out "rehousing" and revenge and retaliation for my having reported their crimes and antisocial behaviour, this problem will not only get far worse but have other serious consequences as well for years to come in the society.

Those in positions of responsibility throughout the government appear to feel that they need to create more business for themselves by intervention of the worst order that creates a problem where none exists. Until this changes, the costs of this government will rise, and those who really need the care will be deprived of it due to misdirected attention going toward situations like mine. It's interesting to see studies like these, but they do not go far enough to get at the waste and misdirection of resources in the government which creates and contributes to the problem being researched.

1.7m 'will have dementia by 2051'

    Woman being tested for Alzheimer's
Elderly people are more at risk

More than 1.7 million people in the UK will have dementia by 2051, costing billions of pounds each year, experts have forecast.

The grim projections are based on the most up-to-date evaluation of dementia.

Currently 700,000 - or one person in every 88 in the UK - has dementia, incurring a yearly cost of £17bn.

The government welcomed the London School of Economics and Institute of Psychiatry research, and said dementia care was already a priority.

    2. Black Tuesday

BBC News Tuesday, 27 February 2007, 22:12 GMT

World stocks plummet on China woe

    New York Stock Exchange
Wall Street has followed global markets, falling steeply

Global stock markets have slumped, with the US Dow Jones index plummeting by more than 400 points and London's FTSE 100 index also posting sharp losses.

The sell-off was sparked by a near-9% slide on the Shanghai Composite Index, as investors worried that China may pass rules to limit demand for stocks.

The Dow Jones fell more than 500 points at one point, before closing down 416.02 points, or 3.29%, at 12,216.24.

The FTSE 100 closed on a fall of 2.3%, or 148.6 points, to 6,286.1.

Elsewhere on Wall Street, the technology-laden Nasdaq index closed down 3.86% at 2,407.87, while the S&P 500 index closed down 3.47% at 1,399.04.

The New York Stock Exchange instituted trading curbs at 1303 EST (1803 GMT) in a bid to stem falls on the US stock market, although the move was not enough to prevent the Dow plunging by more than 500 points in late trading.
