1. No one comes forward to report crimes or act as witnesses because of the extensive corruption which surrounds those in authority who are responsible for dealing with criminal activity. When these people who are viciously violent and are the ones who have committed the crimes have access to and control over surveillance technology to use as a lethal weapon against those who report the crime, no one is going to come forward. I did so well over eight years ago and am still subjected to 24/7 total invasion of privacy by those whom I reported for child abuse. They continue to carry out their violence against the defenceless this time sanctioned by those in authority against me the person who stood up and reported the child abuse to protect the children involved.

On top of this the mother of the abused children who uses the surveillance technology 24/7 against me as a lethal weapon with the stated intention to kill is apparently writing an article about what she is doing. Last night Lt Harry Bird informed an observer male "She's [BS] writing an article." The other male responded "You cannot publish it." This conversation went on with BS saying "What if no one takes me on?" She is apparently relying upon some enforcement organisation to take her on in a surveillance capacity. The after a bit more she pleaded "Please help me."

Apparently, this criminal child abuser has sold her story to the media in case no one takes her on. Will she be writing about how she got away with years of child abuse and was able to destroy the person who dared report it to the authorities. The criminal bully gang leader who has misled everyone appears to stand to make money out of her original crime and her subsequent criminal use of surveillance technology. In the past such publication comments by these people have been associated with The Daily Mail. At one point some time ago I offered to tell them the truth for nothing. Seems like chequebook journalism would rather have the fictionalised story rather than the truth. The whole, true story can be had here for free by all.

Subject: No One Will Come Forward in the Jessie James Murder Case

I was especially taken by this comment from your coverage today of the funeral for Jessie James. I am not in the least surprised. Look at what has happened to me.

I reported child abuse eight years and five months ago and have been subjected to 24/7 surveillance technology torture for eight years and two months with those reported for this and other crimes having access to and operational control over the surveillance technology to destroy me. They are still at it.

This is supported by the bent coppers on the take from the gangsters, sadistic medical personnel who get great pleasure from crushing human life, corrupt government officials who see more votes from the criminals than the law abiding and generally all those who have a vested interest in making certain that criminal activity especially theirs is not reported.

Hundreds of people in this environment know the truth about all that has happened. Do you think anyone of them will ever report anything to the authorities after they have been watching what has been happening to me for many, many years 24/7?

The terror campaign which stops reporting crimes to the authorities comes from the authorities themselves. That's why crime and corruption flourish while the likes of the BBC also fail to report the truth to stop this extreme abuse of power. I have documented absolutely everything throughout all these years and reported it extensively, yet it still continues.

When the "gang culture" includes those in authority, there is no recourse for anyone except to hide hoping for safety in their homes. But, these people have surveillance technology, so there is no hiding anywhere for anyone. You might call this the petrified society.

Doesn't say much about this society, its government or its media does it?

Thousands attend Jessie funeral

Thousands of mourners have gathered in Manchester for the funeral of murdered teenager Jessie James.

The 15-year-old's white coffin, laid in a horse drawn carriage, was led by a lone piper to a marquee in Broadfield Park, Moss Side.

Family, friends and other mourners were inside for the "life celebration service", held just yards from where he was shot dead in September.

Police hope the service will encourage the community to help find his killer.

2. Does anyone remember The Limits to Growth (Dennis L Meadows, Signet Book/New American Library, 2nd Edition, New York, 1972)? Originally Professor Jay W Forrester of MIT published his World Dynamics in June 1971 (Wright-Allen Press, Inc., Cambridge, Massachusetts). I sat next to Professor Forrester during lunch in the early 1980s at a conference. He explained to me that he had allowed a graduate student of his to continue with the publication of what he started with World Dynamics which became The Limits to Growth. Both these books are well worth reading today in light of their predictions which have been largely ignored and today's predictions which most likely will be ignored too. Give this BBC News article a careful read. There is no fallout shelter available to protect anyone from this global threat.

Global ecosystems 'face collapse'

Greater demand for land is threatening species' long-term survival (WWF-Canon/Michel Gunther)

Current global consumption levels could result in a large-scale ecosystem collapse by the middle of the century, environmental group WWF has warned.

The group's biannual Living Planet Report said the natural world was being degraded "at a rate unprecedented in human history".

Terrestrial species had declined by 31% between 1970-2003, the findings showed.

It warned that if demand continued at the current rate, two planets would be needed to meet global demand by 2050.

The biodiversity loss was a result of resources being consumed faster than the planet could replace them, the authors said.

They added that if the world's population shared the UK's lifestyle, three planets would be needed to support their needs.

3. Efforts by the House of Lords to equalise extradition between the US and UK have been overturned in the House of Commons after the Lords tried to amend the law.

The inequality of the extradition law has been abused in the case of the Nat West three. The change in the extradition law made in 2003 was to address cross-border terrorism and organised crime. They were being charged with fraud carried out in the UK but related to Enron.

The imbalance occurs because it is easier to remove someone from the UK than the US. As described in the article below, only "reasonable suspicion" is required for the US to extradite from the UK. But, the UK must provide "probable cause" to remove someone from the US. The latter is a stronger requirement.

Tue Oct 24 19:47:24 BST 2006: "Because he's guilty," said Lt Harry Bird while I was writing the above in answer to a unknown question from another.

Tue Oct 24 19:51:18 BST 2006: "Influence," continued Lt Harry Bird trying to explain away his five year and eight months of 24/7 failure. He's always blaming something else, and "politics" is one of his favourite words to do so along with influence.

Lt Harry Bird's actions are based upon taking the law into his own hands including a presumption of guilt which he has just stated based upon false allegations. He has also falsely imprisonmed me with the surveillance technology and carries out torture interrogation punishment seeking a "confession" under penalty of death if I do not confess.

Lt Harry Bird does not need a warrant in the UK as far as he is concerned, and this is supported by everyone dealing with him since he is allowed to carry on with extensive criminal activity against me minute-by-minute 24/7. When asked why he does not get a warrant and proceed through normal legal procedures, he replies that he does not want me to apply for asylum although he claims that he has enough evidence to obtain a warrant. Once he even falsely claimed that he had a warrant when demanding that a police officer remove me from my home. The police officer told him that he needed a warrant, so he pretended that he had one. Nothing happened. He was faking it as always. He doesn't have anything for the allegations which are totally false.

He is a one man Parliament, law enforcement and justice system. He completely ignores all laws and refuses to recognise any policy standards for his activity. He has been allowed to act in this manner all these years. The arguments about extradition are so much nonsense as far as he is concerned. He kidnaps and renders suspects at will or at least tries to and continues threats of doing so. He threatens to kill me if he is not allowed to continue as he pleases and is allowed to carry on by those in authority with his lethal use of the surveillance technology which will result in death at some time anyway.

Laws in this country are meaningless and might as well not exist because those charged with enforcing them do nothing. There is no point in arguing about extradition when those like Lt Harry Bird come to the UK and take the sovereignty of this country into their own hands while being allowed to do so by those in authority. I end here where I began above describing a system that is fundamentally criminal and corrupt. The government itself is organised crime.

Lt Harry Bird has destroyed any possibility of legal proceedings by his behaviour. He stays here and is allowed to stay here to carry out a death sentence made by his own decree using surveillance technology as a weapon. He is allowed to do this knowingly and with full cooperation from those in authority from the ground level to the very top across multiple departments of government. These are the new death squads which will flourish unless Parliament wakes up and starts grappling with real issues and and threats that are not marginal diversions created by this Labour government.

Any psychopathic personality who obtains the use of this surveillance technology can become a serial killer sanctioned by law but based upon nothing more than hatred fueled by a smear and fear campaign carried on outside the law with the blessing of those in authority because of dislike. This is what the Third Reich did commencing in March 1933.

MPs overturn extradition change

The NatWest Three were extradited to the US earlier this year

MPs have overturned a change made by the Lords that would have blocked "fast-track" extraditions to the US.

MPs backed the government by 320 to 263 when voting on the amendment to the Police and Justice Bill.

Home Office Minister Joan Ryan had insisted that the Lords' amendment was misguided and would "wreck our ability" to bring fugitives to justice.

The vote follows the controversy over the extradition of three UK bankers - the "NatWest Three" - on fraud charges.

Peers had wanted the US removed from the list of approved countries from which prima facie evidence was not required before an extradition request is granted.

Critics say the US has more powers to extradite Britons than the UK has to extradite people from the States.

. . .

It was designed to make it quicker and easier to deal with people suspected of cross-border offences such as terrorism and organised crime.

The main elements were enshrined into British law through the Extradition Act, made law in 2003, while the US Senate ratified the treaty last month.

In July, peers amended the Police and Justice Bill to ensure a judge should not order extradition unless it seemed in the "interest of justice" for the trial to take place abroad.

Critics say current law is unbalanced and gives British nationals less legal protection than people in other countries.

US authorities need to outline the alleged offence, and provide "evidence or information that would justify the issue of a warrant for arrest in the UK".

However, Britain must provide the US with evidence of "probable cause", a stronger standard than "reasonable suspicion", if it wishes to extradite someone.
