Today along with everyone I'm contemplating the tragic events on the campus of Virginia Tech on Monday last especially in light of the information that the killer sent along to NBC. I noted in one of his comments broadcast on BBC News 24 that he referred to being "defenceless." There's not enough of this information broadcast to find in what context he was speaking. However, using the word defenceless rings an all too familiar bell with respect to the surveillance technology abuse to which I've been subjected for eight years and eight months 24/7.
Those using the surveillance technology against me, SR (former US Marine Lt Harry Bird) and BS (the mother of abused children whom I reported in May 1998.), tried to be as provocative as possible to elicit a violent response against which they can then verify their false allegations. So far this has not happened at any time in all these years. There has just been very intense and continuous provocations of the most extreme kind from them. Using surveillance technology in this manner makes the target defenceless. This can lead to rage and violence in the inarticulate and those who cannot express themselves fully and completely. In fact, SR and BS are trying to create violent people like themselves by abusing them with surveillance technology in the manner which I am experiencing.
This is evidenced by the fact that they make false general characteristics of a negative kind which match stated objectives from them. If this surveillance technology is used against someone who responds in a different way from what I have done, the result could easily be extreme violence of some kind. In this situation with such close coverage any attempt to carry out violence in any way would be quickly detected and stopped. However, there could very well be other situations where the abuse from this kind of surveillance technology with its experimental research and development as well as medical experimentation might very well lead to an extreme violence result.
There remains a distinct possibility that must be given serious consideration that such abuse of power with this surveillance technology has a very real consequence with respect to violence on a large-scale. I have experienced the personalities and character of both SR and BS for many years. They all are as hardened and without feeling as any human being I've ever known. As a matter of fact, SR behaves in a very robotic manner. "S" stands for SODM as an acronym which means Same Old Diatribe Mode because SR repeats the same thing continuously around the clock for years on end. This can very well be a recording, but so much of what is said coincides with my activity of the moment that I believe recordings are minimal.
Because the comments are so repetitious I have gone further with the acronym using RODM which means Robot Obsessed Diatribe Mode. I use these acronyms to accurately characterise the behaviour of these people reflecting what they are doing so that I am continuously reminded about precisely what they are doing and how. Therefore, SR can also mean SODM RODM, but for the most part I use it as the initials for SODM ROCKET. Again, the initial "R" stands for robot here as well. The full acronym for ROCKET is Robot Obsessed Caper Kid Ejaculation Terrorist. This reflects his constant abuse which is carried out continuously involving activity by both SR and BS.
The purpose of using surveillance technology in this manner is to make me defenceless and, as is often repeated, in order to create a breakdown. That will not work on some of us, but it will work on many people with unknown consequences. I believe that such activity is experimental exploring the consequences of this kind of extreme torture or abuse. Human guinea pigs like myself pop up randomly all over the world and report similar experiences. My question, therefore, is whether or not the Virginia Tech gunman was subjected to such surveillance technology abuse by people who themselves have extreme antisocial personality disorders (ASPD) so that they would have no normal human restraint against trying to create a similar personality in another person who then acts out with vicious violence his or her own response to such brutal abuse.
SODM and BODM try to provoke violence in order to create violent people just like themselves. They are bullies using surveillance technology as a lethal weapon to physically and mentally abuse in the extreme.

Against this background of activity from those using the surveillance technology this week's Avengers programme (BBC Four Thursdays 1910), "Never, Never Say Die," featured robot creation which is not very far away from the activity that is taking place at the moment. The Avengers was way ahead of its time and most certainly heading in the right direction. Although at that time four decades ago, I'm sure they must've thought they were in the world of sheer fantasy, style and tongue in cheek. They were far closer to the truth than anyone could possibly realize.

Emmylou Harris is currently singing Red Dirt Girl which is followed by Bang The Drum Slowly about her father, a US Marine flyer, who was shot down over Korea/Vietnam and held captive. He eventually returned and is now buried in Arlington National Cemetery. This is a song about his life and her feelings. She hums a bit of taps at the end.

SR is a former US Marine who lives in a fantasy world which has been obvious from his own speech and behaviour. He is a disgrace to the Corps, the US and the human race. I wonder what the Commandant of the US Marine Corps things about people like him if s/he thinks about them at all. He brings discredit upon the Corps in the manner of other US Marine criminals who pop up from time to time such as the one who took a 12-year-old girl from the UK to Germany. He's now imprisoned in the UK. SR continues to get away with torture and attempted murder.
About this same time I had my eyes closed, SR used the term "blindfolded." This was followed by a male who said "like that." The importance of this little phrase is that it reflected the fact that my eyes were closed which revealed the fact of their being able to look through my eyes with the surveillance technology that presented a state of being blindfolded. This is the kind of treatment which these people have been well noted for at Guantánamo Bay and elsewhere in the military prison world as we have so sadly come to know since 2001. The following comment by someone else could mean 1) that someone blindfolded would produce an image like that, or 2) that he liked it most as a state of existence. This reveals an instance where the use of the surveillance technology is specifically related to what I was doing, i.e., sitting with eyes closed. SR and BS have made every effort to blind me with the use of the surveillance technology.
2. There was a debate that has continued concerning whether or not the information sent to NBC in New York by the Virginia Tech gunman should be broadcast publicly. I believe that it should be made public and sent an Email to BBC News24 explaining why:

I've a lot to say about this as a nonviolent person who is subjected to continuous attempts to provoke violence (bullying) from those whom I reported for their child abuse and other violence some nine years and more ago.
They were given access to then operational control over surveillance technology starting in August 1998 to totally invade my privacy and subject me to continuous abuse 24/7 for all these years. Scores of people have participated.
What kind of a society will permit something like this to happen? What kind of media exists in the society which will not report this institutionalised violence against an innocent, honest and nonviolent person?
I will never resort to violence because I have these outlets which I can use to report the truth about this situation. I can comprehend what is happening and analyse its components effectively, and I will always be able to explain exactly what is happening verbally and in writing.
I have created a complete record of all this activity using the surveillance technology as a weapon for all these years as a foundation of fact.
What you and everyone else must consider are the consequences of such abuse carried out against the public on an indiscriminate and random basis by those who are violent and have been reported for their antisocial and criminal behaviour.
The hidden danger is the impact this has on all those in this environment especially the young who have either participated in this surveillance technology abuse or have heard about it. This will create a fear that will negatively impact the vulnerable who are already having personality problems.
As for me, I have a solid foundation based upon a full life of educational and experience achievement. The fact that I continue to rationally and reasonably deal with this extraordinary effort to destroy attests to the soundness of my mental and physical health despite efforts to abuse which have caused personal injuries.
I address the source of the problem since I know what it is and do not generalise on a broader basis except to note that there are many who directly witness what is happening and do nothing along with people like yourselves in the media who do not thoroughly investigate and report this extreme abuse which puts everyone at risk.
There is much to be said about my experience in light of this terrible killing at Va Tech, and the information that the killer supplies will be invaluable in understanding why he acted as he did.
I have a lot more to write about as a result.

3. Noting that the gunman responsible for the Virginia Tech massacre had been well identified as having mental problems which a professor of his had sought to bring to the attention of the authorities, I sent along an Email to BBC News24 regarding this same problem I have experience with those who are violently disposed and constitute a threat against me. Failure at the official level:
I've been reporting violent threats and violence from those using the surveillance technology against me for many years. These have included death threats and threats of violence.
Lt Harry Bird had his gun taken away from him the day after he had to be restrained out front from coming up here to shoot me.
He has been violent against two women with whom he works: BS and another.
He frequently threatens to kill me and carries out violent physical abuse using the surveillance technology especially during times of medical treatment to aggravate the injury hoping to destroy the benefits of medical care.
He has stated several times if not frequently "I will kill him myself" when someone else was trying to restrain him and get him to depart. He refuses to leave using this form of coercion threatening to kill me whom he claims as his prisoner. Therefore, this is a hostage situation.
Further he has threatened to kill himself if he is stopped from carrying out his surveillance technology activity.
The mother of the abused children, BS, whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998 has threatened me frequently with violence and death. Once she threatened to hit me as I was entering my flat. As always, I said not a word as she began yelling at me from below and went into my flat.
In 2001 she stated "I'll get a bomb and blow him out of there." A couple months later when I wrote this similar to writing it again here, she denied it. A male present then stated "No, that's exactly what you said. I was there when you said it."
Later BS said "I want him dead." BS was armed by the police with a gun in 2001 and allowed to keep it despite these and other statements as well as being allowed to continue to use the surveillance technology as a lethal weapon against me.
The mother of BS threatened to kill me in December 1999. At about midnight on a Saturday night in mid-December 1999 she yelled from the road outside to a guy on the balcony above my front window "It's that guy again. I'll get a gun and shoot him."
When asked c 2001 if she had a gun, she said that she did possess a gun. This was a police officer, Paul Winston [Special Branch], who asked this question and did nothing about it.
The partner of BS is explosively violent and threatened to kill me in July 1998 by yelling loudly out front one Saturday morning after dropping off the young boy at the flat below. He was the one involved in the road rage incident in August 1997 that necessitated my calling the police because a weapon (piece of pipe) was removed from an auto by someone else.
He was the one who choked the young boy several times between that incident and my reporting of the child abuse in May 1998. His violence had been increasing.
After I reported the child abuse in May 1998, and these people obtained the surveillance technology, he had to be kept out of meetings in the flat below because he was too volatile. They forced him to remain in a vehicle parked outside in the road.
I've never done anything except report these peoples' violence including the child abuse and the rage incident outside before this which necessitated calling the police.
Why is it that these and other such examples of threatening behaviour and violent acts which occur continuously from these people witnessed by others are allowed to go on?
Do you realise that these are the people who will explode someday and violently attack those around them which could very well be a mass killing?
What does it take for people to wake up and actually do something about dangerous people like these who act out their psychopathic behaviour for years right in front of NHS professionals who are supposed to know better as well as the police and others professionals from other government departments? It's these and other professionals who have fully supported this behaviour.
Once again I can easily understand how someone who is a threat can be allowed to continue to be a threat for it has happened in my direct experience for years. It reflects a failure from those in authority.
What I cannot understand is that those who are supposed to be professionally compentent witness these threats and acts of violence while doing nothing about them.
That's were the real source of the problem originates.

4. Another horrific case of child abuse reached a conclusion yesterday with the sentencing of a woman to 14 years in prison. Despite all that has surfaced with respect to the failures of government with regard to sharing information and working together, I do not believe that this has occurred with any degree of success as I continue to experience by the use of surveillance technology in the hands of the people whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998. I sent an Email (see below after the BBC News article) to BBC News24 after a report was broadcast concerning this problem.
On the positive side, however, I received an Email from Oxford University Press marketing a new book just published about child abuse that appears to be very good. A woman who punished three children in her care by ramming sticks down their throats and making them eat their own vomit has been jailed for 14 years.
Eunice Spry, 62, from Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire, was convicted at Bristol Crown Court last month, of 26 charges of abuse spanning 19 years.
The prosecution said Spry's behaviour was "horrifying" and "sadistic".
Spry had denied all the charges, which related to offences in Gloucestershire between 1986 and 2005.
Spry, who was the legal parent of the three children, was arrested when police raided her home in February 2005.

Who allowed the child abuse to go on while these people used the surveillance technology to hide that abuse and attack me the person who had and continued to report it?
Who allowed the children to participate in the surveillance technology abuse against me 24/7 for all these years?
What happened to my letter to the Prime Minister of 23rd September 1999.
I notified him about the failure of the agencies of government to coordinate and work together properly. This parallelled the Victoria Climbie death. [The letter was written several months before her tragic death.]
The abuse I am experiencing still goes on. Any coordination and joining of government has been for perverse reasons.
What happened last December 2006 when I started reporting a clear indication that the abused child of over eight years ago had turned out to be a bully just like his parents and adults around him?
Who has been coordinating the joint effort to deal with this child abuse?
Seems to me whosoever it was went in exactly the wrong direction sustaining the violence and child abuse.
